This food called Modern-yaki(Osaka style). It is different from both Hiroshima-fu-Okonomi-yaki(Hiroshima style) and Okonomi-yaki(Osaka style). Besides, this is a Fugetsu(風月) style.
Hirosima-Yaki.

I adore this sort of performance food. Yummy and entertaining.
Okonomiyaki and jeon both have similar cooking styles in that they are both "pan-fried." But they have different ingredients. Basic Okonomiyaki - cabbage, flour, water, egg, nagaimo (usually smothered in sweet, black sauce, mayonnaise, and dried fish flakes) Bindaetteok - mung bean, egg, kimchi I would imagine that they wouldn't taste the same but I've never had bindaetteok so, sorry. :(
This looks so good i can't take it
okonomiyaki is mostly cabbage, it's probably the healthiest food you can get.
Počujem tam slovenčinu a češtinu? :D
who fucking cares
yum yum
@syshock2 lmao bro, so dumb. sooo dumb.
I am going to Sagamihara to teach English at the end of March. I can't wait.

.....You forgot to add the Kitchen Sink.....
I love Osaka and its people.

@doorfield927 thank you! but why are they moving???
whats that stuff on the top at 3:55??
One more thing...no more debate about American food vs. whatever country's food...Can we all agree on TWO things: Eating too much food and not exercising makes any person fat AND that the food in the video is looks delicious? I'm sure the person who posted it will appreciate that...Thank you.
Also, think about the cost of food here US... Burger and fries $2. Bag of Apples $6. And don't be someone who makes a low income. 2 weeks of eating fast food = barely one week of groceries. As for the history of food in America, we ate heartier foods because until about 40-50 years ago more people worked more physically demanding jobs...now we all have internet and cable and sit on our butt at work and home...so it's all about whether you want to live a healthy life or not...CHOICES.
@tkathryyn So if I eat a salad with an olive oil vinaigrette, just because the food was produced in America it's unhealthy?! I agree a lot of Americans food choices are unhealthy, but that's what they are...CHOICES...It's up to individuals to decide what's best for them to eat. There is nothing wrong with eating a hamburger, a candy bar, or drinking a soda pop in moderation. Our "American" food isn't really "American", it's a collaboration of foods from other countries, so THANKS for the recipes
