The guys that own business all have new trucks because it’s either that or give the money back in taxes. Taxes or “work truck”. And the owners are definitely not broke despite what they may tell you 🤣
True. I've got a new F250, needed the tax write off. It sits in the garage. I drive a 97 F250, it more comfortable to me.
Some realtors suck
Not true but go ahead and judge a book by its cover very judgmental 😮😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😮
Or hear me out some people can just afford to have something new😅
Don't go Broke impressing broke people
Data says: 40% of Americans have an auto loan 61% live paycheck to paycheck 80% of all new vehicles are financed Therefore, 68.6% of Americans that drive a new car also live paycheck to paycheck.. aka "BROKE"
My first truck is Garth Brooks' favorite truck. Yeah I'm definitely not selling it
They didn’t make a f100 in 1990
😂😂 y’all are so right, I have a 2014 F-Juan 50 with 223k and my mortgage is 1k I am winning! Great channel btw🇺🇸
@@MennoniteRanger an F-Juan50! 😂😂
Haha people keep trying to make themselves feel good. Same for saying the dude driving the Lamborghini is broke.
Depends on the man! My 2018 f250 6.7 is paid off and I’d say my truck is pretty nice!
I have a 2015 F150 XLT. Bought it because it’s the cheapest of the 13th gen and I got a good bit left over after paying cash.
Noooot necessarily. I’ve worked on plenty of 80/100k trucks of guys who own very successful businesses. Gauging someone’s net worth by their truck is literal nonsense.
Owned a 07 silverado LTZ 3500 HD Duramax 8' bed single rear wheel . But also had a mortgage on my house , ater 4 years Sold it paid my house ... Changed careers now company truck , no mortgage payments & only work 6 months a year , AVID ANGLER all winter & have the $$ to afford it .....
Very much not true, could be but could also not be true. Most of the farmers I’m around trade every year or two. They mostly all buy the highest trim level. I wouldn’t suggest buying a used one they drove.
I didn't by a nice truck until I retired and had some $$. My working life I made good/modest income. I drove older/used trucks, I don't fit well in most cars, while I saved for retirement in my 401K. Some rich folks look rich, some don't, some average folks look average and some look rich. I wouldn't want to make a living betting who is who.
Garth brooks is or has a serial killer on his touring crew and no one will say a word about that shit and call me crazy but every time he enters a city someone dies within 2 days due to being murdered like come the fuck the on
Apartment complexes are filled with these fancy trucks
This is so true. The men with the real cash are driving shit box work trucks going home and working on their 100k muscle cars...
Have a 2000 Silverado 5.3L with 230k miles on it. So much room in the engine bay to fix literally anything but luckily almost nothing goes wrong with it.
My dad drove a dog dirt brown F-250 but had a 560 SL. I have an F=250.
I drive an old truck and I’m still broke lol
I feel ya and I have 2 more that are broke down.
You’d be more broke with a car loan 💯
At least no one's going to take away your truck because of payments, bro you are doing ok
A 1990 model pickup seems like a late-model pickup to me. 🙁 How did that happen?
Yearwood is the chick who was banging the rich married guy. I remember her.
Couldn't care less about Garbage Brooks
"The richest guy at the job site, is the one with the paid off truck." Dave Ramsey
Have a 08 ram with 170k miles on it, coworker always made fun of me while he’s driving the nicest Silverado high country jacked up. His got repossessed, mine didn’t 😂.
I’d be like where’s your Chevy Jacob
Yeah, those two stories do not go together. I love it when you say something somebody says something that’s pretty much the exact opposite.
@merg2928 TH-cam's algorithm disagrees
I have a 2000 Silverado 3500 crew 4x4 dually diesel, 2001 Silverado 3500 crew 4x4 dually 8.1 and a 2002 Silverado 3500 reg cab short bed. All them are the color of the truck in the video LOL
My 02 crew scab lb7 is the exact same color.
Never heard of a f100 from 1990😂
@zachbyrge3776 😂 🤷♂️ I still don't know what year Dad's 💩 Brown F-100 was
Pod cast boys don't know everythang about trucks. Just the older the better that's all.
It's hard to look rich and be rich.
When men were men, building* a house was the American dream.
My father is a successful business owner. Multiple businesses. He was able to retire in 2022 (our company is 100% independent family owned and operated.) . He would drive old “$1,500” trucks. He paid cash for them. He is 62 and he just now has a new vehicle. He ordered a brand new truck from ford (we had to basically force him to).
Who are you talking to?
@@jdesc3222I’m not talking to anyone particular I’m just relating to the video. Pretty much the same as the guy who posted this video. Who are they talking to.? Pretty much Everyone that interacts with this short.
@@krz9487 oh. It’s weird
@@jdesc3222 First time on the internet? Your comment is the weird one my friend lol
So its weird to have a running truck with no monthly payments shit im a odd one then
I don t think Elon Musk is broker than me,and he drives better cars than mine.
@JuanGarcia-fw4bn a cyber truck isn't better than whatever you drive
@@evanBigPriceI’m sure the private jet he flies that takes him anywhere on earth in a moments notice is though….
He's sold to a californian, his Texan card has been stripped.
U think thats alot? 😂
Apparently people think trucks can stop on a dime. Nope
Actually they stop on a dime just a larger dime than a car Just a joke
I've quit trucking because of morons at the wheel
Only problem I have with trucks is how obnoxiously slow you guys take off. You have that big engine for a reason, use it or learn to shift through your gears faster. It's annoying.
Those trucks are incapable of going fast. The transmissions have like 18 gears.
Go ride in a truck. If we could take off faster, we would. We are designed for pulling 80,000 pounds, not for speed.
Yah trucks are super heavy and hard to stop, kinda crazy how nearly every single one of them I see on the highways are trying to go 10kms over the speeds limit, like they're a normal car or something.
I drive a charter bus and I put it in the same category as a semi because we have tons of material that we have to bring to a stop when some moron pulls in front of us so they can make an exit or pulls in front of us and throws their brakes on. We have to leave a clear distance between us and the vehicle in front of us in order to completely bring our vehicle to a stop without an accident so we have to leave a decent hole in traffic for that following distance. But what regular drivers don't understand is they need to stay out of that hole unless they want to be a rear-ended when traffic comes to stop and they didn't leave us enough room. People don't understand that if you start a fight with a semi or charter bus you're not going to win.
Ummm when you're carrying 75 thousand pounds your truck doesn't stop in 15 feet.
I went to take my pregnant gf out to eat and had a semi behind me for 20 minutes and then he tried to pass me, realized he couldn’t and tried ti get back behind but committed a pit maneuver on me causing me to lose control and crash losing my gf and potential daughter. I’m glad your job and time is worth others lives.
God bless you, your girlfriend , and your daughter
Is that the best fake story you can come up with? If that tragedy really happened (you lost your girlfriend and potential daughter and your job), you wouldn’t have told the story like you did. That was a stupid lie that you thought no one would call you out on. You gotta be a lefty.
OML the exaggerated fairytales in the comments! lol Just have some patience, you don't realize how long it takes to get up to speed, & you cutting off a truck is selfish & affects not only the truck, but everyone behind it. Safe home, everyone 📯💨💨
Clarification: for the city folk that call a lifted Toyota Tundra a truck... **by trucks, we mean 18 wheeler, semi, tractor-trailer** ...the correct term for your Tundra is: Highway Princess. 😁😉
Meanwhile half the truckers on the road "im more important than you" and runs folk off the road or cuttin cars off like they won't cost the lives in the car.
@Sir.GreenLung Switching into an open lane where a car has to slow down to speed limit isn't defined as cutting someone off
@@evanBigPrice so I gotta slow down in the left lane cuz you tired of goin speed limit even tho I'm already next to you? Sounds like skill issue, don't drive a truck if you don't like being slow.
@Sir.GreenLung 99% of the time the reality of the situation is that you gotta slow down because a soccer mom with a minivan full of kids pulled into the truck's required braking distance because she just realized the exit to the soccer field was in 0.5 miles, unfortunately the truck driver who's hauling enough liquid naturally gas to wipe out a small subdivision, also determined that your probably doing 84 in a 60 because you left the house 4 minutes late, but slowing you down is the best case scenario.
@@evanBigPrice typical idiot behavior. You're not traffic police, just bcuz YOU determine somebody is goin too fast provides you no right to cut them off and cause a potential accident. Again, wrong vehicle buddy.
These guy's talk like truckers are angels of the road and never cut others off and cause issues. Like they don't just slam into stopped traffic and kill lots of people.
@@bh8066 angels of the road 😉
@@evanBigPrice your glibness in reaction to people saying you think your better than everyone only proves them right 🤷♂️ just cause you got CDL's doesn't make you omniscient when it comes to traffic. Most semi drivers I've ever seen drive extremely dangerously, cutting people off, passing people for no reason, speeding excessively and breaking late, or just straight up causing wrecks and getting away with it.
@Bluntermocha I don't have a CDL...
Ok but what about the truckers that cut me off man, are we just not gunna talk about that???
@@atfue7316 nope
Truckers let you know when they’re coming 99% of the time, pay attention child or get Tf off the road
I always thought I gave trucks a lot of space, until I worked for a mover and actually rode in one, people have now idea how close they are to death when they mess with trucks.
Oh man... I really don't like the way that horse is standing. That's drugs on drugs on drugs. Head trying to weave but too high to throw a proper fit. Horse is a head case. Literally.
