Fun Fact: In the episode where Mrs Peacock went headless horseman on someone, her actress accidentally ad libbed “I didn’t mean to kill him” to “I didn’t mean to decapitate him” which was cut due to dark humor

The most memorable murder is this series was max gold for me the study with the croquet mallet and Mrs peacock she had no remorse of what she done but it was to save her home but she started the all mess in the first place and cleared it up by killing him with a hard bump on his head knocking him out dead and poor miss scarlet found his body she made the horrific discovery and didn't know how to tell the others she was traumatized tho and broke it gently to the others and emotionally tho poor woman but I know it was only a programme but we knew one of them did it then the guessing game started every week and what motivates they had to do it in the 4 series very exciting stuff and suspenseful very enjoyable tho

The American version of this is called Clue. I have the game.

June Whitfield nearly stole the show in season 1, the best season for me

This has always been one of my favourite shows. I taped them all as a kid when they were on and watched regularly. For my this was the best series. Whilst they all had a good cast playing the suspects, in my opinion the overall show format was just right here too (obviously it helps that i fancied Lysette Anthony lol). Whilst i still like the final series i didn't like a few of the format changes. Series 1 and 2 were great, my only issue with the Christmas special was i didn't get enough chance to get to know the new cast, they should have tried to stick with either series 1 or used series 2 cast, obviously i was familiar with most of the actors such as Joan Sims and Ian Lavender, but each new series i need a few episodes to fully get used to them, having said that the series openers are often among the best.

Col. Mustard’s confession to one of the murders deserves a Razzie.

Season 4 was by far the worst. All of them had something redeemable, even this one. But there’s a reason there was no season 5. Season 4 was by far the corniest version of the Cluedo cast. Mrs. Peacock with a cross-bow, Prof. Plum with a flamethrower, Col. Mustard talking Pig Latin with one of the victims, and spoiler alert: Mrs. White killing someone with a decanter stopper. It was all hysterical to watch, but after previous seasons and casts (especially Season 2) I was permanently spoiled.

There was a game show in America in 1990 called monopoly and there should’ve been a British version of that show, an Australian version of that show, a German version of that show, a French version of that show, a Portuguese version of that show, a Swedish version of that show and a Welsh version of that show while Cluedo only has two versions a British version and a Welsh version.

So Professor Plum didn’t kill anyone? But Mustard and Green did twice? Interesting
