Girl! My Ex Narc/Wasband did the same! He claimed he had no money for the mortgage, but made sure his grandson had hundreds for his bday. Umm Sir he is 4 years old! He made sure his family was straight too. Told me I needed to pay all the bills. Like you, I tried to make it work, thinking it was me, thinking I was the issue. I finally filed for divorce, and we had to submit our bank statements from the date I filed, and he had more money than me the whole time. Yup! Mine spazzed on me too outta nowhere when I said NO. I was so hurt and confused. Looking back, I shoulda stopped the bleeding month 3. I will be single by choice for a very long time. I gotta heal. PTSD is real. They don’t care about nobody but themselves.

0.5 percent of the population are narcissists. so chances are he wasn't a narcissist. you are just attracted to people who don't like you back women always complain about the bad boys who doesn't care about them, while having 8 guys in their friend zone that do care about them. until women change that dynamic, I find it hard to find sympathy for women who willingly put themselves in unfavorable relationship situations with men who don't like them back.

Just be grateful you didn’t have kids with him .

I didn’t discover my ex was a narcissist until after I had our son. I literally thought i was losing my mind. He tried to convince me that it was postpartum depression. Once I discovered what a narcissist was baby I came out the corner swinging

I went through the same exact thing! It’s honestly crazy what they will put you through yet flip it all on you. You can literally give them the shirt off of your back and they’ll complain about the color 🙄 But I am so happy you are in a better place! After healing, you start to see the beauty in life again and learn a lot from it. It makes you realize how much you actually deserve and I pray you get that!❤️

As a person who dealt with a narcissist, I don’t know if he was one, because it doesn’t sound like he love bombed u at all! 😳 They have a pattern. Love bombing, devaluation, then discarding. It sounds he was just manipulative and you we naive. With live bombing, they usually buy you a lot of things, take u out a lot, introduce u to close friends and family immediately and all kinds of stuff to try to impress you. He wasn’t even trying to impress u sounds like.

I don’t understand how you girls get in these situations. Thank God for my parents raising my sister and I to be decent women who are educated and self assured. Girl, you are correct! I was married to a narcissist & it was a nightmare! When I realized the behavior wasn't normal but couldn't put my finger on it. I gave him his walking papers! Fast forward years later, met another narcissist but I saw all the signs & sat back & watched him. Blocked his number & let him find another victim! This guy is now posting relationship videos with Bible scriptures & narcasistic tips on social media platforms when his own relationship was a mess! The woman he married walked out & left him months ago, yet he still wearing a wedding band to keep up a false image online because he said women are attracted to guys that wear wedding band. Ladies, don't fall for fake dreams & smoke screens! 👿

I was even in dangerous situation.he was also sadistic. And coming to other country for love and because i was dependent he used that to abuse me ( he lived with a friend, and his group of friends were shady too) so awful experience and after 1,5 year connection you think is safe. And he said it was all my fault. Still in traumabond it is tough . Going in therapie now.

If u had waited & get courted u would have learnt his ways. No bed before 90 days girls. It can go wrong even then but u wouldn't be this uncomfortable

Married one dipped 9 months ago and fam I’ve never looked better. I realized I picked from traumas and not preferences.

Instead of drinking the pain away, I took things out on our four beautiful daughters. I know I have screwed their lives up. I just hope God will forgive me for the pain I have caused them.
