Drought Landscape Management: Identification & Repair
Hello
so basically a bentonite packed well will be just as contaminated as any nearby wells..
I know box elder bugs can be a pest but i love them there so cute i use catch them when i was a kid it was fun and i would catch them and release .
so what I learned is when buying a tree for your yard do not buy a large tree, just buy a small root stock less than 3 feet tall
Thank you!
Your predator guard needs to be higher than that, a snake can take his tail and push off the ground.
They are extremely destructive to the inside of the home. It is an ongoing stress. Despite cleaning , exterminator , vacuuming and dusting daily They ave destroyed clothes, infected food, stained dishes. Had tree taken down, foundation repaired and sealed.

"pesticide drift can affect nearby plants." That's all?! How about PEOPLE??? Ever wonder why we are seeing such high rates of cancer? Disease? We need to end this mad use of toxic chemicals! I'm disgusted that this said nothing about the toxic effects that drifting causes on PEOPLE, ANIMALS --as well as other plants. In fact, I just experienced pesticide drift today. It caused severe nausea, severe general weakness (a similar feeling to what it's like when low in iron or when one has thrombocytopenia), and headaches.
That's exactly what I needed to know. Thank you.
Great Job. I really enjoyed you video. I have purple Martins in gourds here is SC. I look to build apartment style housing before next season. We really enjoys the birds each year. Thanks again your video was one of the most informative I have watched.
Great little video but you need to learn how to pronounce certain words. Hereford is said like “hairy - fud” and Emu is pronounced as “e - myou. Just saying!!!

BALONEY! Plain Old MALTHIAN Concentrate works the best ! 1 oz per Qrt , 6 oz. per 1 Gal Sparyer.. add a few drops of dishsoap.. The Soapy water Kills the Live ones, but the malithian kills the Eggs on the Ground( that is where they come from. Spary the south sides of your Home and Shed every Mem Day ( or when gets in the 70's-80's and again when they show up..and keep a Qtr Bottle mixed ready.. good for Wasps and Skeeters as well.. spary around Standing water and In your Garden.. and Vacum them? Sure but better Spray the vacum and kill them before throwing them out.. or they are still Alive Inside your vacum! Spray your Door Entries as well, Every Week during the Summer Months and Fall! Or hired a Big Killer services and see how they do it! The same way I just told you.. That will be $50 Please! ;-)
Video, image transition is good. On my iPad the volume doesn't come through loud enough to understand most of the words. Technically it looks well done. Thanks for the effort.
I used to find those Cecropia moth caterpillars all over our crab apple trees. Then I later found a moth, they're super cool.
I would use them for my private dairy needs , for my home so that would be one bull and two heffers
thank you
Thank you for video! Greetings from entomologist in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine!
they can live even after being exposed to sub zero weather overnight
Great job Jeff!
@ Land Designs EAB only affects trees in the Fraxinus genus (ash), but all species of Fraxinus.
Peat moss is also not a good amendment for clay soils as it creates either a dry pocket effect if it allowed to dry or can create a wet bathtub effect if watered regularly that results in root rot or fungus....in clay soil. It is best used in sandy soil, but in any case it is not as good as leaf mould or compost in sandy soild either since it contains few nutrients. In my experience, compost/composted manure or leaf mould are the best soil amendments in almost any condition.
The R in the word wash is silent.
The background music makes me feel like she's about to tell us that the secret ingredient is people.
Nice video. Make Dennis do more.
What about all the insects that are bird food? Yes, most of them eat plants; but are an essential part of the food web. Moreover, most of the native herbivores don't cause permanent or even serious damage to plants. It is the introduced ones that can be a serious problem. Bird food insects deserve the name of beneficial, too. Please, don't kill those either.
Хочу там искупаться...
There are alternative and more efficient and energy-saving systems to lagoons. I came across an innovative system for industrial wastewater treatment called the Baleen Filter, that works like a Baleen whale (filter feeder) to filter solids from waste water streams very efficiently, there are videos here on You Tube about it.
Graham, can I get your autograph?
Terrific intro, Bobbi! Just what I needed to get the planning started. Best, Nancy Hawekotte, Nebraska Master Naturalist 2010
would you be kind enough to give me the name of the black fly species at 3:45min on the video?
Louder by 170% will work nicely
Thanks for this
