Just got the unit today Thank you for the information
@paulsalazar228 - Nice! And glad I was able to help a little. 👍
I have ordered a par of Rexton Reach HAs as my first hearing aids - I pick them up tomorrow. Your video reinforced everything I read about the Reach, and the video covers just about every area of the HAs usage. After watching your video I feel much more confident in my decision to buy them. I'll update my comment after I've had a chance to actually use them. Thank you very much.
Thank you for your feedback! I'm very glad you found the video to be helpful. 🙏
Sorry for asking: is your review sponsored by Phonak in any way ?
Nope! These are devices I actually bought for my own use due to my severe hearing loss.
I need to go back and test them with real ear measurement to get a more accurate result though
Sounds like a good plan. 👍
I have Phonak Sphere Infinio Hearing Aids. I can't get my hearing Aids to work like the ad showing how the background disappears in a noisy restaurant environment. How do I get my hearing aids to work like the ad suggests?
@joeingoglia9439 - I go through this step by step in this video: th-cam.com/video/um7X5uLGwP0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=XkcJ0Q_DfC5QMvvy
Thank you. I am brand new to hearing aids and the Phonak app. Your videos are very helpful.
@rickstid-bits - Thank you for your feedback! Glad you're finding my videos helpful. 🙏
I get exactly what you describe and when there is pressure on the neck or head lying on my left side, like a drummer at 300bpm. I had thought though that the pressure enabled me to hear it more rather than causing it (as it goes fainter when the pressure is reduced but stays at 300bpm). Ie I get the impression it can be there all the time but lying with ear folded on the left enables me to hear it clearly. Many thanks for posting
@johnw3508 - You're very welcomed! Have you found a way to stop TTTS for you? Is it constant or comes at specific times/situations?
Thanks for replying. The TTTS if that's what it is comes and goes just on the left side, I guess it sounds most likely thumper the rabbit! I have Tinnitus constantly though in two tones (7.5KHz and 15kHz) in both ears. My hearing is much more sensitive left side also. Maybe have to learn to sleep on the right! I have the TTTS at present I will try a few things and post if anything works.
How do you know if the "spheric program" has been activated?
@debriley2880 - Watch at 6:00 😁
How do you create a sphere program?
@debriley2880 Watch this video (min 4:30)! 😁
He said that the buttons on your hearing aids are supposed to allow you to cycle through the programs. I have the infinity spheres and all the buttons do is adjust the volume up and down. What am I missing?
@debriley2880 - As I show in this video, you're able to configure the functions of these buttons as well as tap control. In other words, you can select from different actions. Your audiologist can help you configure these functions as well. 👍
I just compared the Phonak Infinio Sphere, the Oticon Intent, and the Starkey Edge AI side-by-side. I had previously tried the Sphere and wasn't happy with it. In this test, the Sphere was on top of the other two in natural sound and speech clarity. It has most of the features of the other two HAs, such as Find My Hearing Aids. The test showed that my hearing was the closest to normal of the three. My Best Practices audiologist tweaked it to improve the problems I complained about. So far, they have performed much better than before. I will wear them for the next two weeks to see how they do. It's hard getting past the large size. However, they are comfortable. Eventually, I will need in-the-ear HAs, so I must get past the vanity factor of them being less discreet on the ear! Everyone is different, but I will probably go with the Phonak Sphere.
That's great to hear about your positive experience with the HA. I hope it continues. 👍

@susangoodrichlerner7819 - That's great to hear about your positive experience with the HA. I hope it continues. 👍
Received my Rexton Reach at Costco yesterday. Love the hearing aids when I can get the App to work. Had them for 13 hours and the app has locked up 5 times in the control volume mode. I feel comfortable in figuring out most app problems, but not this one. The only way out is to delete the app and start over from scratch. I am using an iPhone 16 pro.
@elliottfox8964 - That's a bummer. You're not able to just close the app itself? I myself use Android device, but you should always have an option to shut down an app that's unresponsive. Shouldn't need to uninstall it. Also, did you ask the Costco HA center about this issue?
@ Yes, I have have a follow up in two weeks.
Thank you for a well edited and explained video.
@flyingpete - Thank you for your feedback and glad it was helpful! 🙏
Since tinnitus can stem from multiple root causes, could you clarify which specific causes are addressed by biomodal neuromodulation devices? It is evident that these devices do not work for all types of tinnitus, which raises concerns about their applicability. Moreover, it is deeply concerning that these devices are priced so high, making them inaccessible to many patients in need. Charging fees even for the initial consultation further exacerbates this issue. Such practices feel disheartening, especially when they prioritize profit over the well-being of individuals suffering from this debilitating condition.
@MrAlihanarica - Great question, and I appreciate you bringing this up! You're absolutely right, tinnitus can have multiple root causes, and not all of them respond to the same treatments, including bimodal neuromodulation devices. Bimodal neuromodulation devices work by combining sound therapy with mild electrical stimulation to retrain the brain and reduce tinnitus symptoms. Devices like Lenire are designed for *subjective tinnitus* that are often caused by hearing loss or noise exposure, while others, such as a device in development at the University of Illinois, are specifically targeting *somatic tinnitus* linked to jaw or neck movements. These are currently the main devices out there, and the Lenire one has been used by patients for significant time now. But you can see how these devices target different root causes. While these devices are promising, we need to remember that tinnitus is highly individual. Each person’s experience and underlying causes are unique, so these devices may work well for some but not for others. I have not had the change to try one of these devices yet, mostly for the very issue you bring us: price and availability. I agree with your concerns about price, but at the same time think that companies like Lenire are trying to recuperate their research cost. I don't justify the cost for patients! But I can sort of understand what we're seeing. I imagine and hope that with time the price of these services will be greatly reduced and more available to the general population. 🙏
Thanks for the video, this is really a new thing for me. I never imagined that TTTS could be the root cause of tinnitus that I am suffering. The ENT experts have already advised me not to read more and learn to live with my high pitch tinnitus althgouh I was saying that there is a kind of feeling of clogging in my ear and the never were able to explain the root cause properly. I had a thai massage and after it I realized that clogging-feeling is gone for 1 day and came back in a lighter form. And also I noticed that the amplitude of high pitch tinnitus is relatively less than previous. Is TTTS not easy to be observed visually when the ENT doctor is doing Otoscopy? Or, is there another way to understand? And also, do you think that Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care is necessary here?
Hi @MrAlihanarica, I'm not sure why ENTs are not very excited to diagnose or treat people with issues like TTTS or tinnitus. If you look through comments on this video, you'll see that, unfortunately, this is a trend. Many people like us are dealing with similar attitude from ENTs. There could be multiple reasons for why the massage helped. From being relaxed (during and after), which alleviate both Tinnitus and TTTS, or having physical tension around your body that the massage itself addressed. Remember that TTTS and other MEM symptoms are about feeling sensations rather than hearing sounds. However, tinnitus, sound sensitivity and TTTS are known to trigger each other. If you suffer from cervical tension, then yes, massage and/or adjustment can help.
Have you tried Costco's Sennheiser Sonite R yet? I have had them for about a month, coming from the KS9. The Sonite has a very crisp, even harsh sound, and I want to try the Rexton. I will have to drive 4 hours to a different Costco, because mine doesn't sell the Reach.
Hi @tobyt7163, I have not had a chance to test the Sennheiser Sonite R HA yet. I did test OTC Sennheiser and they were great, but those are OTC. If the sound is too harsh or crispy, it could be just an adjustment is needed. Do you have the ability to work with an audiologist to better adjust them for your hearing profile? You can also try different domes based on your hearing loss level. If none of this is an option, then yes, the Rexton Reach have a very high quality sound that is round and easy to listen to.
I had the Sennheiser Sonite R and took them back because I couldn't understand speach in noise any better than with my KS9. The Bluetooth is better and can stream to two devices at the same time. I am trying the Philips 9050 right now and they are doing better in noisy situations but can't stream from my Mac computer so next week they are going to fit me with the Rexton Reach to try to see what works best for my hearing lose I would like to get the Phonak Infinio Sphere but the cost right now is a deal breaker.
@@cliff4808 Based on your comment, I'm assuming your hearing loss is greater than moderate, correct? I believe you'll find the Rexton Reach to be better than the Philips, but of course this is all very personal. 😁
I have the Reach hearing aids but I am getting a different experience. The sounds are just too clanky and sharp, to the point of being painful especially around my young grandchildren. The older KS10s were much smoother. Maybe mine are just not set up to my needs well.
@allent1034 - Exactly! It sounds like they're just not set properly or lost your specific program/s. If you already had an audiologist set them up for you, s/he can very easily push the same settings to your HA and fix this issue. If it's been a long time since the last hearing test you did, it may be that your hearing needs changed and you need an update (test and new programs based on new results).
Finally someone with LOSS giving an honest review..thank you
Thank you @mkwaterstone ! 🙏
Thank you for your review. It looks legit and at the same time too good to be true. I believe in you and also that you are a honest person. But I have doubts about ELEHEAR. Their website says they have 2 HQ (Shenzen (for R&D and exclusive manufacturing (!) and US for sales). But there is no address and what resources are they using for manufacturing? Their website gives an impression that they are a respected company, full of adds, but no address, no names, no history. What am I funding with these 400 bucks, besides of eroding the market of other real legit brands like Sennheiser for example? It is cheap, good and might work for some time, but it is not for me.
I experienced sudden severe hearing loss in one ear and tinnitus just over a year ago and got my first hearing aid, sphere i90 with molded ear buds, yesterday. My followup is in 2 weeks. In noisier environments today, I can hear well but there is a mechanical noise that happens within people speaking to me, me speaking, or say dishes clattering. This isn't happening at home but at a show and at a restaurant. It never went into a mode that had the name sphere but I could understand speech I would not have understood so easily without. Is there a mechanical sound from the microphone that is normal to occur with some sounds? Also, I am hopeful this will help my distressing tinnitus sound which is accentuated by loud backgrounds because it has noise cancellation. I did not experience that sound today but it only happens in noisier busier situations. Thank you for your videos. It is the first channel I've found with this kind of information.
@vikigossen1578 - Thanks for your feedback! 🙏 Just to make sure I follow/respond correctly, you only have 1 hearing aid, or a pair? It's not completely clear from your description. The mechanical noise can be a few different things, but most likely simple things not set up 100% properly since you just got and started using these HA. Don't worry about this too much. Write a concise and clear log of where/when you had different issues and what were the issues. Your audiologist will take all that information and adjust the program/s and/or HA fitness for you. This should take care of most issues, but you may need to do another adjustment as you're exposing yourself to more situations and environments. So all is normal. 😁 You can and should ask your audiologist to create a manual sphere program for you in case you want to use it. I gave a few examples of why you'd want this in my Phonak videos. You should absolutely stream tinnitus sound therapy through the HA when you're not exposed to noise. Also, just using the HA consistently day after day may reduce your tinnitus. All in all, you're heading to better health and reduced tinnitus. Check out the videos below for related information you asked about: - th-cam.com/video/AgRvp3mxZYs/w-d-xo.html - th-cam.com/video/7Szj7aKEsN8/w-d-xo.html - th-cam.com/video/Ra3pehZRW4s/w-d-xo.html
@vikigossen1578 - Also, may I ask you to take 2 mins and fill this really quick questionnaire about what you'd like me to cover in the future? 🙏 go.yourtinnitusguy.com/suggestions 🙏
@ Correct. One ear hears as well as it always did and the other suddenly lost most hearing a year ago and got tinnitus, and it may lose the rest over the next year. I was supposed to get a CROS device but an audiologist suggested trying this new kind which seems like it's a much better solution even if only for months but maybe for a lot longer. I have 2 more audiologist visits in this trial period. They will help me, I just don't know what is normal and appreciate your info. Thanks for the links.
@@vikigossen1578 No worries! Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be traveling for some days, but should have access. Will just take longer to respond, maybe. Just follow the trial process. I think you'll be happy with these HA. 👍
I have ordered these hearing aids and look forward to using them.
Good luck! You should enjoy them and the hearing improvement they support. Let me know how's your experience is and if you have any questions after using them for a couple of weeks.
did you use the edge plus mode in the Starkey HA
@TheSgtsMess - Yes, of course. I mentioned that in the video.

I was focused on emphasizing the inner microphone and natural sound that I missed this detail. Apologies. 🙏
Auracast feature seem nice, especially for public spaces like airports or theaters, where clarity is a constant struggle. I also appreciate the focus on battery life since I often stream music or calls throughout the day. The design improvements for glasses wearers are a big plus, as I always struggle with comfort when wearing both. However, I’m concerned about Android compatibility issues mentioned here, so I’ll definitely double-check the compatibility list before making a purchase. The durability / IP rating and dual microphone design for natural sound are very appealing, but I wish there was a bit more focus on speech clarity in noisy environments, which is where I struggle the most. I might need to compare this with Starkey or Phonak models to see which works better for me in that department. Thank you for the detailed review! This really helps people make informed decisions about upgrades.
@dd1z558 - Thank you for your feedback! As I mentioned in this video, the Starkey Edge AI and Phonak Sphere are both superior to the Nexia when it comes to speech clarity in noise. To be fair to the Nexia, both were released many months after the Nexia (i.e. they're newer devices).
*Correction:* Resound Nexia has three microphones, traditionally two on the outer back of the aid and specifically one is along with the receiver.
@rayanameen4329 - Yes, you're correct, of course. I was trying to emphasize the outer and inner microphones fact more than the actual number, but yes. I'll update the pinned comment to reflect this correction.
Isn't the additional one only there if you use the MRIE receiver? As fas as I know I'v never seen them on that.

Any chance of doing a review of Phonak Activent, I know that you use them, see how they compare with custom moulds and domes.
Yes. I'm working on getting a pair for my Phonak Sphere and then I'll review them. 👍 Probably few weeks from now since I need to get them, then test, then publish.
Custom molds will be hard for me to do and get rn, though.
@denisprice9331 Please see my other replies. Doing remote replies suck.... lol
But I'll try to get molds as well!
Did you engage the Edge mode with the Starkey's during the coffee shop test?
Yes, I did! Without it I wouldn't be able to make out any speech at all in that environment.
Thank YOU for such a smart well informed Video. Can you list options for meeting on Zoom with you to fine tune my Rexton reach hearing Aids? Thanks again. je

I currently use the Starkey Livio AI aid. I also have the Starkey TV streamer that works well, but if I go to another TV in the house I have no streaming. My question ... when I go to the Phonak Audeo Sphere in a couple weeks, will a separate TV streamer be necessary, or since the Phonak has 2 (simultaneous) and 8 (overall) bluetooth device capability, can they connect direct to each TV without a streamer device? I do have newer smart TV's that have bluetooth. And, if the aid can connect via bluetooth does this affect the volume that would be comfortable to me, but maybe not for others in the room, where the streamer would be independent? Thanks much, I love your videos!
Hi @Craftsman-n6p and thank you for your feedback! Many good questions! 😁 Any device you try to connect to must support Bluetooth (BT), and it must support at least Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer. I connected to 2 different TVs that are around 5y old with no issues. Anything newer that 4-5y should work with no issues. TVs from the same timeframe typically allow you to select audio output, so you can choose BT, BT + speaker, speaker only, etc. If your TV has this option, then you don't need a streamer. If your TV doesn't allow you to select audio output, then yes, you'd need to get a streamer. In both scenarios you should be able to control your volume separately from what everyone else is hearing via speakers. In terms of multiple devices, you'd need to pair each device once. Once you do, you can simply connect to different devices as needed. Keep in mind that if you don't want interruptions, you may want to keep only 1 connection *active* so that the 2nd connection doesn't send you notifications and interrupt the show/movie/meeting you're watching.

Thank you for your feedback @michaelhepner2910 ! I have really good deals offered via my website: yourtinnitusguy.com/hearing-aids-for-you/ And if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help further. 👍
I have similar hearing impairments, typically NOT addressed by many reviewers. Thank you for this very useful information.
Thanks for your feedback @brianerock 👍
Excellent video and information, Guy. I have been wearing the Starkey Edge AI 24 for about 45 days. My voice sounds "metallic" a little bit. I like the battery life and am not worried about running out. I am not in noisy situations that much and the Edge has worked very well in those situations I have been in. I will do a test run with Phonak Spheres, but not that long due to audiology requirements where I currently go. I wanted to see if my "metallic" voice sounded different. I have heard some complaints that the Phonak Spheres will go in and out of noise depending on the Db of the sound and the wearer did not like this jolt. After my short trial, I will see if I want to change. I have had some connectivity issues with the Edge and an Android phone. I understand that Phonak might give me better success. Keep up the great work on your channel. I wish more people would find you and not just the main influencers.
@jeffj318 - Thank you very much for all your feedback! Good idea to test and compare the 2 HA. This exactly what I did, extensively, for this review. For you metallic voice with Starkey, have you tried different domes? What type of domes are you using now? Yes, Phonak connects to everything modern, and it provides better sound quality for streaming. I think some people misunderstand the auto-sphere function, or their expectations are not set properly. You really want control over that feature, and also be able to fine tune it just like other programs. I wish more people like us will find this channel as well! On that note, you know I really appreciate your feedback! As always, an amazing video. Thank you for creating content on topics that we, as users, are curious about and for sharing your honest opinions without any commercial bias. As someone who has been using CIC hearing aids for many years and is considering purchasing one of the devices with deep neural chips in the near future, I don’t find it favorable that the new devices are only available in rechargeable formats. Especially for elderly people, forgetting to charge their devices might lead to problems. Additionally, constantly thinking about the device’s battery life and trying to use Edge mode sparingly can be exhausting. What will we do if we face a situation where we cannot charge our devices for 2-3 days? As someone who dislikes carrying a bag, carrying the quick-charge case in my pocket will also be an added inconvenience for me. I hope battery-powered versions of these devices will also be available soon. By the way, do you know if Edge AI or Phonak Sphere Infinio devices have Edge mode or Sphere mode in their CIC versions? Kind regards.
@the_eraser5 - Thank you so much for your feedback! 🙏 The Starkey does have a battery-powered version as well, and also ITE or CIC models as well. You can check their website for exactly the battery-powered models, but I believe this will address your concern. CIC and battery-powered -> www.starkeypro.com/products/hearing-aids/edge-ai/cic Phonak said they're planning on releasing other HA types (ITE, CIC, etc.) for the Sphere Infinio model, but I don't believe they'll be battery-powered. Although, you never know, if they see a lot of demand for them, maybe they'll keep supporting batter-powered models.

My experience with two different sets of the Phonak I90 infinio were different. One set worked in noise, although not nearly as well as the Phonak video. The other set did not work at all. But the killer for me was that the interaction between the hearing aids and the app was erratic and even lacking. So I gave up on Phonak.
I'm sorry that you had this experience and probably disappointment. I sent you a question on the other comment you shared. If you don't mind answering it, I *may* be able to help.
My experience with Phonak Audéo Sphere 90 was different. I used two sets and the first one did provide better understanding in noise, although not nearly as dramatic as the Phonak video that Phonak uses in advertisement. But then this set began to fail to communicate with the software and would keep switching from one ear to the other. So I returned this set and got a second set. This set communicated to the app but not vice versa. It told the app it was in spheric mode, but I could hear no difference at all. I decided Phonak had potential, but was having hardware and software problems that needed further development. Quality control was an issue. I returned the second set and have decided maybe in a year or two Phonak will sort things out.
Hi @johnbrews9724, thank you for sharing your experience with us! I only heard of you and 1 more person having these kind of issues, but obviously it sucks when you expect the best experience and get bad experience. Really weird too that even the 2nd set didn't work well for you. The other person I know of that had similar issues got them all resolved when they got a 2nd set. If you don't mind me asking, what country you reside in, and what mobile device you tried using with these HA with? You can also write to me directly at guy@yourtinnitusguy.com Thanks in advance!
I had to return my Phonak also the first week appeared to be promising then there was no impact in the sphere mode. Then the general donation started to go down hill. This is the second time new Phonak hearing aids failed. They have a quality issues. Will try the starky next.
I had the exact same experience. I returned them and will try the Starkey Edge AI and the Oticon Intent.

It's a shame you didn't mention that Starkey Edge has a cross and Phonak Shere doesn't. Which cross is better?
@tinelchris - You're absolutely correct. My bad for missing this details. I'll add it to the comparison table on my website. And I believe we exchanged comments on this topic already. I'll try to get a CROS model soon, so I can review them as well. I'm not a big audiologist office or YT channel, so it's not that easy for me to get HA for reviews. But I promise to try. 🙏
Another excellent review, thank you. I haven't used any other hearing aids to make a comparison but my Phonak Infinio Spheres are brilliant with speech in loud noise. Despite my laying out 3,900 euros for them, that feature alone made the expenditure worthwhile because it gave me back my social life. If that were not the case, I would have stayed with my Paradise P90s
@peterevans6086 - Thank you for your feedback! Your comment is spot on!! This is exactly why speech clarity is so important to me as well. And it's not just social life. It's also professional life as you need to communicate with people you work with. Peter, I really appreciate your feedback! What do you think about how much larger the infino sphere is compared to the Starkey?
@eddieashley1553 - Good question! Here is the real life answer: unless your ears are very small, the size of the Phonak Sphere would not make any difference. If your ears do happen to be small, you may develop discomfort after wearing the HA for hours at the a time. The good thing is that you have a generous trial period to try them and see how they fit you (after using them for days/weeks, not just a few mins).
@ awesome. Thank you!
@@eddieashley1553 You're very welcome!
The Phonak Sphere fits well but is very large and more obvious. If that is important, the Starkey is the smallest HA of all the deep neural network HAs.
It's really helpful to see the detailed pros and cons of the Starkey AI vs Phonak Sphere Infinio, especially in real-world scenarios like noisy environments. The speech clarity test in the coffee shop really stood out, definitely a key feature to consider for anyone struggling with background noise. Also, the breakdown of rechargeability and the fall detection feature makes it clear how different user needs can sway the choice. Thanks for the thorough review and testing!
Thank you so much for your feedback! 🙏
For the Spheric you have to have a additional Spheric in noise programm set so you can use it only at these exact moment you want to use it to be able not to drain the battery. Then take out the Spheric in loud noise out of the automatisch settings. I came to the exact same conclusion in comparance of these two aids. I liked the Edge function very much also. But speech understanding in loud noise places is the upper goal for me too. So Phonak stays the winner. Great to the point review again frome someone who knows what he is talking about as a real hard of hearing user himself. You’re doing a great job with this to the point review.❤
@emileheilbron9707 - Thank you so much for your feedback! One of the things I believe I covered in my follow up video on the Phonak Sphere was to make a similar point of having more than just 1 manual sphere program. This way one can control when to use it and also customize it for different situations (e.g. extremely noisy, "normal" noisy where speech focus can stay broader). I really appreciate your feedback! May I ask you to take 2 mins and fill this really quick questionnaire about what you'd like me to cover in the future? 🙏 go.yourtinnitusguy.com/suggestions
@@emileheilbron9707 Unfortunately my Phonak were confirmed defective. Not very good track record for Phonak for me and other users. Starkey is able to compete and compete with the Sphere function without the size issue, battery usage and quality issues. Phonak is not using the advanced chip design that starky is using (Apple bases) in their chip to drive the smaller size and great battery life. The Phonak 7 hr use in Sphere is old school capability combined with its sized. They are outdated almost immediately.
Another good and honest review.
Thank you @denisprice9331
Excellent video again Guy! Happy to see that Phonak are still the best choice in loud noise.
Hey @dannyturenne181, thank you! How are your HA working for you? Hopefully you managed to iron out the initial issues.
Are the units interchangeable between left and right units or are they ear specific ?
Hi @hypnosiscenternyc, they're ear specific. They're labeled as L and R and the app controls them this way.
I'm curious, though, how would you like it to be (and why)? 😁
I have the Sony CRE-10 and I am finally happy. I am 78 years old, and while I am not computer illiterate, I do not use my phone as a computer. I use it as a phone, camera, timer. So, my difficulty in connecting my hearing aids was because of my lack of knowledge about how to do things on my iphone. I learned a lot. Now my hearing aids are connected to the phone. I thought I could connect them to my computer via bluetooth, but after trying until I gave up, my computer can't locate them. My small bit of advice to others who are just beginning, is to start off with the volume low, it is less jarring. I raise the volume one notch as I adjust.
Hi @alansylvia4276, thanks you for sharing your experience with us! As you found out on your own, the Sony CRE-E10 do not support connecting to computers. Very good advice on gradually adjusting to the hearing aid amplification. Thanks again. 👍
I totally appreciate your reviews!! I purchased the Phonak Sphere, and am very happy with it! Surprisingly it kept dropping the Bluetooth connection, sent it back for repair, it now works just fine! Incredible background noise reduction in noisy environments! I’ve had two Starkey’s previously and certainly considered the Starkey edge Ai this time, however they were not available until after I had purchased the Phonak Sphere!
Thank you, @howardbutler4878! The Phonak Sphere are amazing for speech in noise! Unless you need the sphere function for full days (more than 6-7h at a time), then you made a great choice! So don't feel bad. 😁
I appreciate your reviews. I recently posted on another of your reviews about Phonak Sphere not working as advertised. After watching this I’m starting to think this might be a better option for my mild hearing loss. What do you think. Why spend $4000 if $1500 will get the job done
Thanks @maxalligood4502, if your hearing loss is mild in *both* ears *and* you have no other hearing health challenges, then yeah! The Phonak Sphere would be an overkill for you. Granted, it'd be a very nice overkill, but still an overkill. 😁 In fact, you may be able to use OTC hearing aids and get enough amplification. Just pay attention to the 1st sentence of my response (mild hearing loss and NO other challenges). You can try the ELEHEAR Beyond (go.yourtinnitusguy.com/ELEHEAR-Beyond) that are going for around $400, and you have a trial period where you can get your money back if they don't work well for you.
