I wanted to update you on why my return to Thailand has been postponed. A little detour came up- a skin cancer scare. But don't worry, I'm okay! I’m currently waiting for an operation and should be back to Bangkok soon.
This experience has been scary and stressful but it’s also been a powerful reminder to seize every moment and cherish the people around us. Life is precious, and we shouldn't take it for granted.
I’ll keep you posted with more updates. Looking forward to catching up with everyone soon!

IDK if I was lucky, but it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload’s Quit Drinking Forever, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.

Hey Angela, I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. The underlying approaches I'm laying out in this podcast can be applied to all ages. Keeping in mind that our intentions must be rooted in personal transformation so that we can embody solutions over trying to apply them. The older the child becomes the more bespoke an approach must become, but underpinning every effort we make will be our own state of being, prioritise that and everything goes better. When it comes to encouraging improved behaviour, the 4 stages of 'deep discipline' I lay out work for all aged children as long as they are dependent upon you for the things they want. To add more I'd need to know more specifically what positive changes you'd be looking to encourage and what obstacles you were experiencing.

Thanks Jo. It's a unique situation inside China because the media is so heavily censored people don't know what to believe and rely on social media which can also be innacurate.
