MouseGunGuy channel is about "mouse" guns, also called pocket pistols. They are small, and usually .25 caliber (6.35mm), with a few .22s and .32s (7.65mm) thrown in. Many are 100 years old or more, while some are more recent. I research the history of the firearms and characteristics that make then unusual, or even unique, and if and how they may relate to other firearms. And I like to have a little fun along the way, because old guys and old guns rule! I am NOT a videographer, and I apologize in advance for my lack of expertise. I try to keep the videos short and to the point, but I do hope that the videos will inform and create a desire to know more about these fascinating little firearms. Please hit the "like" button and subscribe!

The Table Full of Guns. No sound.

I am putting this table of guns for what it's worth. My church has an annual outdoors sports fun time, so I displayed 48 guns (all I could fit on the table) from my collection as an added attraction. I have made videos of most of these guns, and some I have sold since the video was made.

Good video. The ad you showed indicated this handgun was made by Wahl Arms Co. Is it possible that "Sheridan" was the name of this particular Model or a tradename?
I have two of these, I like them, fun shooters.
I have a collection of later model Raven MP-25s. I have five "Raven" 6 round magazines and one not-marked 7 round magazine.
Thank you for the videos. Do you know it the model 20 and 21 a slide and barrels are interchangeable?
The model 20 is smaller than the 21A, so probably not, but I don't know for sure.
John Moses Browning designed small pocket handguns for both FN and Colt in the early 1900s.
I have a early model I can’t find a firing pin for lol
Check with Numrich or Bob's Gun Parts.
@@mousegunguy2537 they never seen one like mine.
I'm looking for a magazine for astra cub 22 short
I did some Internet searching and didn't find one. Hope you have better luck!
Guys, use plastic rods or a plastic item to move the key to disassemble and reassemble. The plastic will save your finish from scratch marks.
Well thank you sir!!! But I've got a pawnshop to visit and a 75$ Astra to buy
have you shot one of these?
Hard to believe but these Astra Firecats were sold in gift shops on Mediterranean Cruise Liners in the 1950's and '60's with no paperwork, just cash and carry. My grandparents worked on several out of Italy,Spain, and France. They gave my folks a couple of guns around 1960.
Dear MouseGunGuy, I have a Kolb 1910 that is inoperative and a Sedgley 1916 which has a timing problem. My question to you is, and not knowing your skill set. Would you be willing to post a video doing a teardown and rebuild of these two guns? I would greatly appreciate the education.
Sorry, but I am not a gunsmith. It's a lot easier to take them apart than get them back together.
Does anyone had a lead on a extractor for the 1930.
Check Numrich, Bob's Gun Parts, Jack First Gun Parts, e-Bay, Lee's Gun Parts, Poppert's Gun Parts. These are the best bet for old guns, but that's a rare part that you are looking for.
Was wondering if anyone has a lead for a 1930 extractor.
Is it any good for self-defence ?
Most experts would not recommend a 6.35mm for self-defense. I am not an expert, so I drop an Autauga MkII .32acp in my pocket most days. It probably isn't recommended by experts either, but it has substantially more power than the 6.35mm (.25acp). That said, any gun is better than none and can be lethal depending on shot placement.
I just saw this Pistol at my dealer 9/7/24 for 800 beans
Wow, that's a lot more than I paid.
@@mousegunguy2537 Thanks, I had no idea
2:38, there's gotta be a better way to do that.

Yet another great video from you, thank you Sir. Simple, Straight to the point and very knowledgable, Thank you for nothing about them only feeding Hollow Points, and props for pointing it out so early in the video. God bless!
You ever take it apart to clean it or anything? I know how all the parts work/install except for the safety... and by looking at the safety parts, I have no clue how they work. There's nothing apparent on the hammer that looks like it engages with the safety in any way. (or the hammer strut, the sear or anything else).
I disassembled it once just to learn how.
HA! I just got a call yesterday from the person I sold mine too. He is coming Friday to give, not sell back my Galesi 6.35 to me! Apparently he never even fired the pistol! Thanks for the great videos!
I love your channel so much, you are straight to the point and cover so many lesser known mouse guns, Thank you for sharing all of this information!
Great videos !
Great videos !
Great videos !
I love this TH-cam channel. Keep it up
Don't say that! Why would we laugh at you!?. Great stuff as usual. I can see that it is hammer fired.
Thank you!
Love the informative videos. Thanks so much. I can't legally get them in my country 😢
Great videos. Thanks so much. Its appreciated more than you know.
Cool looking gun. High quality. Love it.
Great video and information. Thanks 👍
I just bought one a 61-2 blue, new in box, I gave too much for it ($600) but I wanted it for my mouse gun collection.
Gun show season about here for us and now I have a much better understanding of mouse guns thank you for your knowledge, Iv passed by so many of the guns I won't make that mistake this year
I regret selling the one i had. Beautiful craftsmanship on my blued model. Reliable and accurate.
Beautiful !
The clement 1903 was also chambered in 6.35
The Clement 1903 was chambered for a 5mm cartridge. (See unblinkingeye.com/Guns/Clement/clement.html) The 6.35mm cartridge was introduced in 1906 by FN, and the FN 1906 was the first gun chambered for it. (See unblinkingeye.com/Guns/1908Colt/1908colt.html)
@@mousegunguy2537 I own 4 clement 1903s chambered in .25acp and 2 in 5mm
I was hoping you'd didn't louse tge little pin😂
Nope, I put it back in. 🙂
Any chance we could see a video about the Sterling Arms 302, the version of this gun in .22lr?
Everything would be the same except for the caliber, so probably not. I would like to a video on the Sterling PPL .22.
Ah mine is a titan
My fie has a Hammer like 1911
Sounds like the Astra cub/model 27 clone?
Love 25acp mouse guns. Why? Cause everyone else hates them and thinks they are no better than a sharp stick. Internet and the real world are completely different.
Cool so hard to find boxes with them
I was waiting for You to do this video!
Nice
I remember these and the Galesi. I have often wondered WHY with modern Manufacturing technology someone does NOT pick up where George jennings left off. I realize the view most have of the .25acp. Still even with the Kel-tec p32 I think a LOT of collectors and even every day folks would find a new appreciation for small .25 auto Pistols.
I agree.
Taxi driver gun
This kind of gun "garruncha" killed many people in Brazil
Yikes!
My Uncle have one that its on my house, theres like an grim story about that he killed someone with it, since its the only real gun i ever hold it, i agreed its heavy and the spring are Stout, also the double trigger is kinda confusing if you dont know how it works but its definetely an awesome relic, hope i can had the opportunity to shoot it
Hi @MouseGunGuy I will post a video with your name mention as a collaboration on the Clement 1907 model pistols. I own both versions in .25acp and .32acp. It is rumored that there at between 5-8 of them in the entire USA.
