Hi Trinh, I find that when I try to do this check lifting exercises, it's very hard not to tense up the neck muscles ie the platysma. I do not have enough fingers to hold all muscles in place as I am also trying to hold the nasolabial lines and forehead. I find the forehead moving down as well when I am doing the cheek lift, because the round eye muscles are also contracting. How do I stop them all from moving and just let the cheek muscles move?

Good evening Trinh you are an inspiration thank you. I've been doing the cheek lifts for a while now over a month. I have the movements right but my cheek muscles are moving just a tiny bit and one more then the other but I"m not giving up.

I have tried your excercises and while I don’t mind the effect on the cheeks I noticed it gave me some side effects on the eyes. Dark circles ( which I never have) and eye bags which I also never have. Anyone else experiencing the same? What could be the reason?

@AW-ky2in Results are different from person to person. If you practice once or twice a day, you can see difference in your skin texture, muscle firmness, strength and flexibility in 2-3 weeks. Remember to take before and after photos to easily compare ❤️

Dear trinh, after few months of doing these exercises I've found them effective, but I have developed smoker's lines, and I'm very upset, I ve never had a single such line before. Dear trinh please advice ur viewers adequately regarding this, bcoz each one's face is different n not having plump cheeks wouldn't effect ur face as much as having smoker's lines, even though one's young, like myself. But I do appreciate you

For wrinkles at the corners of the mouth, try these: Exercises: Lift the corners of your mouth or do cheek lifts to tone muscles. Massage: Use gua sha or a roller for circulation and firmness. Skincare: Use hyaluronic acid or retinol for hydration and collagen boost.

Never expected this, I appreciated her so much, but now I'm very angry with her for not warning her viewers about the other muscles that her exercise would effect, n facial wrinkles once they set in r challenging to remove. She's doing more harm than good
