Having this experience too. Why don’t the holes in the headboard align with the full frame? Talk about a gotcha that you don’t find out about until 4 years later.

@@gregMD856 I ended up just going to home depot and bought some brackets and wood and made it work. Basically just used foot board and head board and drilled some holes.

our full bed conversion kit was purchased in 2017. It does have wood side rails and everything lines up. The only issue we have is that the two small rectangular pieces that are suppose to cover the holes on the headboard are missing. They were not included with our conversion kit. I am on hold with customer service to try to order it somehow. Second call after first representative could not find a way to order it, before I found this video that stated the parts should come with the original crib.

@@santanaa850 Now you got me wondering if they made a mistake and just left the side boards out on accident. The help line wasn't much help from what I remember.
