Halloween 2024 with Lionel, MTH, and American Flyer electric trains. We welcome TRR #13 “Elvira” (the original Goth Gal) to our stable of 4-4-0 steam engines. Amazing musical score by Myuu. Lots of Dept 56 and LEMAX enhance the Spooky night train operations.

19th Century inspired Lionel and American Flyer toy trains operate on this multi-level layout, set in Springtime during the 1900’s. Lines modeled are the B&O South Branch Valley subdivision, as well as the Western Maryland from PawPaw to Cumberland. Period figures are from Dept 56 and Seasons Bay line.

Newly added heritage units visit Cumberland, MD pulling hotshot stack trains.

Newly acquired Williams Baldwin RF16 shark nose diesels, in classic Baltimore and Ohio livery, work their way around this O gauge layout based on the South Branch Valley Railroad. Special thanks to Brent for parting out this ABBA set to me.

CSX Heritage Unit 1852 joins the NRHS Western Maryland Chapter during its trackside picnic in Cumberland, MD. American Legion Post 13 provided their pavilions, as well as the great food for the event. (7/17/24)

Lionel and American Flyer trains, combined with LED fireworks lights, make exciting fun in Pop’s train room. Add in the USMC band, and it’s a Yankee Doodle good time.

Cumberland, MD was the place to be April 27-28, as CSX was hosting an Employee Family Day, featuring new WESTERN MARYLAND Heritage Unit 1852. Simultaneously, WMSR was having it’s “Spring Fling” trains, and had C&O 1309 on display.

A blend of American Flyer, Lionel, MTH, Williams and Weaver trains running. Plus vignettes of CSX 1869, Chesapeake & Ohio 1309, and SBV 6240, with footage from MD, WV and VA.

Freshly painted duo of MONON Heritage Unit 1897 and NEW YORK CENTRAL 1853, making first appearance in Cumberland, MD. AMTRAK 174, also freshly painted in Phase VII, joins the show with Train 30.

Tour this action packed, 10’x20’ O gauge train layout. The Frostburg club takes pride in its line of special run MTH Western Maryland rolling stock. The front window harkens back to an era of store front displays.
