Thanks very much for this. I was hoping to see some resin painting tutorials too.
Great tutorial, love how you cover all the safety measures. Thoroughly enjoyed your video. Have you tried Le'Rez Expressions epoxy pigments? Happy to send you some to try out 😉🤗😊
Thank you Really appreciated this! Patricia
Could not find you any where else
Great video - you covered everything in an easy-to-understand way - I learned a lot!
SUPER GUIDE ! thanks ....u made me realize that as a person with severe movement limitations i need to choose what i can do with resin judiciously.. i’ve already given up on covering acrylic works with resin. wish i had found your well done, HIGHLY informative videos before ruining too many.
Thank you hope you have fun!
It's too bad you stopped making videos. You were really good at it. Best of luck to you sir.
I have 2 almost ready, had family stuff get in the way!
Thank you Brad for the informative, very helpful video. You have a gift for teaching!
Thanks for your tips and tricks videos,I have learned a lot from them. I’m still nervous to do my first but what heck, you have to start somewhere 😊
You are welcome! Good Luck! There are no mistakes you can't deal with.
How much turpentine to use with oil paints?
Experiment with it, really watery does different things with the paint then just a touch! Kind of fun figuring it out. There is really no wrong amount in my book. Just be careful of lighting it on fire with the torch if you decide on really watered down.
Bradley, what a fabulously helpful and concise presentation of advice on how to do resin pours. All the materials and tools information was so valuable - thank you from a fan in Oz!
Thank you so much for the breakdown on what and how...Great tips! Thank you!
Dude.. you have over 54,000 views on this video.. and you only have ONE video?? I think its time to make more..
Great info. Thank you so much.
Where is the resin sourced from?

Thank you very much for this video...well done...helped a lot!!
Excellent video!!!
TOO MUCH TALKING, NIT ENOUGH DOING!!!😒
I am very new to this... and even thought you totally TALKed about what needs to be done... I wished you could have SHOWED us step by step... You are a good teacher... I too am a teacher... and have found out: "Show don't just Tell"... ... after 22 minutes of great instructions I still don't know what you're talking about... I'm sure this video is for more advanced people on this subjected. Sorry... I didn't understand most of what you were talking about... If you had Showed us on the video... I'm sure we would have learned more. I'll watch other videos and return to this one, once I know more of what you're talking about. Thank you for sharing this...
email me at emailbradleyart@gmail.com, if you would like to talk more about what you don't understand, if you are in US, could possibly arrange a call.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Very informative...im petrified of resin yet mystified at the end result...gonna give it a go in the near future
Lots of great information! Thank you. Couldn't quite understand what you were saying when you were describing the 1/2 inch board. India board or something?
MDF is a composite material...I am now exclusively using 5mm underlayment from HomeDepot now, light and strong!
Wow! This was great information, thank you so much I can’t wait to make my own boards
Thank you!
Very clear, and factual presentation/instruction. Not background music to compete with as in others. As said before, THANK YOU for your "Time & Efforts" it took to make this 5 STAR in making this informative instructional video. I look forward in visiting you website. THANKS again. William
you talk too much 😏
Bless you! I found one video, watched it and was confused one would have to know a little bit more 1. about art in general 2. about the type of art and 3. a bit about resins and such to learn from this lady. I am a fairly gifted parrot and mimic; I don't have to know about the play of light and extraneous things; I want to know how to do it- I am auto didactic and will find out later the WHY, show and tell HOW and be succinct, my mind despises wading through extranea and I WILL learn later WHY - it's probably common sense anyway-or I will see/understand as I go. I can't help but... I know myself, it's my nature- Brain's always ON. Many other things I won't do unless I know why, but my creativity must burst forth and I am not patient enough to read labels, books sit in a class, or such when I see a way of expression and then ideas form, i want to be able to do it right now. It's urgent. You know, itsa jump in, I'll swim later kinda deal! I found out something about myself to wit, if it is sink or swim, I will swim.
Informative, practical and well presented! Thank you!
"When propane burns it creates Carbon Monoxide," so you wear a resperator mask? Hate to tell you, but unless your mask has a forced air supply from outside, those things will do squat to protect you from CO. They also won't do a thing to protect you from the fumes of the resin. Both of those masks have particle filtration and neither one provides gas filtration. I'm all for safety, but you should have lead with ventalation because your masks are fashion accessories in that application. Other than that, this is the best resin painting primer I've seen. Everythign else I've seen are just videos of people painting and chatting without much content about tools, thought behind technique, and in 15 mins they have a "finished work of art" that is just a random pour anyone with thumbs can make. I've never seen one showing your techniques of using a silicone dam or texturing the board before the pour. Genius.
RamDragon's Art Studio Absolutely true and very important information. I hope everyone reads your post. The mask and respirator are strictly for blocking particulates. They do nothing to protect from fumes and carbon monoxide.
Thank you for your time, thoughtfulness, and generosity Bradley!
Can you please do a video on tables? Because I really don't know where to start by making a dining table? By the way I really liked your video with these Tips and Tricks.

Thank you are you are Welcome!
thank U so much for sharing all your useful information... wow...
Thanks for explaining everything! By the way, I saw on an other video that you can remove resin with hand sanitizer! So you may not need to throw out everything! Happy painting everyone 😉👍
Omg I sure wish I could of found you about 6 months ago I have ruined so many paintings I messed 2 up this morning I need to figure a way to thin my resin it gets sticky way to fast on me this morning I had all my lil cups with the mica powders I was using next to each cup mixed my resin poured a lil in each cup put a small amount of the color mixed well all of maybe 10 minutes or less so I should of had at least 20 minutes more working time we'll soon as I poured my colors my resin was already to sticky and wouldn't move so needless to say I have 2 brand new canvases sitting in my art room hard as a rock
Warm your resin up to about 90, should give you more working time. What kind of resin are you using? Some of the commercial stuff sets really fast on purpose. I use commercial grade for my tables...You can always sand and re-prime panels and re-use!! All is not lost.
Thank you so much for your great tips with painting with resin.
Thank you for the schooling, new at this and this is way for me to consider doing resin.
