It's amazing how there was not much gridlock on the freeway. This traffic on the freeway is nothing compared to rush hour in L.A., Atlanta and DC! Aren't the NYC freeways usually packed during rush hour?

I live all the way on the other side of the Island from here. I go down South Avenue all the time but never turn into any of the streets leading to the hotels and industrial parks. Never knew what they looked like until now. Where I live has more woods and park lands than this area, which is pretty commercial.
