When you fly the a340 do you have to also fly the a330 or is it more like an opportunity?

I was in Munich last month for a transfer. I was set on Munich because Frankfurt is just chaos. Jedoch, in my experience, Munich has just as much chaos as Frankfurt! Your videos are outstanding though!

I’ve only been one time on Lufthansa’s A-340-600. It was enjoyable, and I remember well the lavatories downstairs. I thought, should I stand up before I flush? It’s good that I did stand because the vacuum suction was so strong! I could have lost valuable equipment! I’ve also been on many other Lufthansa planes, including last month on the A-319, then a transfer in Munich to the A-350 and on to Newark.

I like it how i see a lot of a343 pilots sort of over rotate and adjust to the dissappinting power output. Didn't see it here.

Great video, superb landing, love the long approach over the coast. North west was blowing, rainy day. Is this the A340 operated by Lufthansa, or the SAA one being brought out of retirement? Oh and ofcourse, my home city!

Awesome video! I hope to fly an A340 at some point. Is it normal procedure to do a packs off takeoff with no APU bleed? I'm assuming it's so you can use a higher FLEX temp which reduces fuel burn for takeoff.

I think only SAA has Airbus in their fleet, out of all the local South African airlines, probably Lift as well, I'm not too sure. Its fairly new. It wws founded by my former Boss (Sub Saharan Africa UBER head)
