I have 3 hs720 g drones all three of them have crashed several times either on take off or landing they develop a mind of their own. And yes the compass and jyro were set the gyro is calibrated on a level surface every time. All i can say is be careful they will do it when you least expect it. I switch to DJI they are the best no issues after hundreds of flights.

Terrible calibration process. It also never connects to the app

Just flew my Drone cool and everything but my problem is my camera keeps frozen have any idea why?

If this is the beginner version I'd hate to see the advanced.

What's the name of the app

App hard stops after 30 seconds. Reinstalled with same result. Downloaded the app manually without using qr code and now it opens but will not calibrate. Not my first holystone (hs700 was first). I guess I'll return it. Holystone tech couldn't help, just kept telling me to turn off mobile data. Never had it on.

Never buy it I had it for 1 hour and it flown away automatically this is totally unacceptable and I would never buy from this company again

Mine disconnected from the controller, i looked down to reconnect the wifi, looked back up the drone was gone. Walked all over my property, and cant find it anywhere. 😢

Thank you! I just got my replacement arm, and this video helped a lot, and now my poor little drone is flying again! The process is a bit trickier than this video makes it look, but it is quite doable!

Whenever I try to vertically calibrate it and set it down, the lights start slowly glowing red and I have to restart the process, even if I put it on the right side

One suggestion, if I may, is to proofread and correct spelling and pronunciation. 🙂

Remember folks you get what you pay for. Mine lost connection on first flight and when I hit RTH it fishbowl into a tree.

How do we take the battery off the drone?

This is confusing as it is helpful. It leaves out things! It's like it's being done by someone that has done this numerous times before but for us doing this for the first time, it can be rather confusing! I go by this and when I got it reassembled, I have four long screws left over!! After disassembling and resembling three times, I have up and out it together without the screws left over!
