About time!! Now to get rid of the 'retreat' b.s. period.

I been asking this question off and on for months and now I finally have an answer. There is no way on earth I would retreat and leave others to die. Any judge that would expect an armed citizen to leave others to die should be immediately removed from their bench and be permanently fired from ever practicing law again. What is wrong with these judges? Has common sense become a thing of the past? Trump 2024 🇺🇸❤️

What you are describing is not the second amendment. The second amendment gives the Postal employees the right to own a gun (I assume they are willing to serve in a well-regulated militia). The Postal Service is not a militia and, as you stated, the Postal Service has the right to prohibit firearms in their facilities. The right to concealed carry is not protected in the second amendment.

Just imagine all of the trials/tribulations/heartache/expense that Valdez went through because of the lower courts ineptness.

What constitutes a Landlord, in same law, Landlords cannot ban possession or carrying a firearm by tenants or guests, Yet, MOA bans carrying firearms and Hotels can evict you for having a firearm in your room.

What about in Michigan?

I carry anyway because my life is worth more than a rule or law. It’s a constitutional right to keep and BARE arms. Period.

I can’t carry it where I work so it is safely stored in my vehicle… some know I have it others don’t.

Assault weapons in 'civilian' hands are not needed. Only active 'military' persons should be allowed to have those types of weapons. Why do you insist on allowing ownership of such destructive weapons when they are being used to kill innocent CHILDREN and others in our own country? Why make parents fear to send their children to school? Why make it where our children have to go through active shooter drills? Back when our Constituion was written, there was no such thing as assault weapons, you know that, right? The role of the government is to protect and defend its citizens. ALL of its citizens, for the good of all, and that includes the innocent children in our schools, the teachers, and our police officers. God had it written in the Ten Commandments, "Thall Shalt Not Kill." What other use has there ever been for an assault weapon? Why don't you go talk to one of the parents who lost their child whos life was stolen by someone who had such a weapon, feel their pain of never being able to hug their child again, or watch them grow up? If it was your child, you would rethink your 'rights' and the rights of others to own assault weapons. Why don't you think about someone else besides yourself? We are supposed to look out for one another, not kill each other.

The Constitution is the government's operating instructions. If it violates its operating instructions, they are illegitimate, have stepped outside the bounds of their usefulness and purpose, and should be REMOVED. No ifs or ands or buts about it.
