MSC outsourced their loyalty program and i never got the correct points. My last cruise i was on Yacht Club Experience for 7 days cruise which is 1500, i got 600 points. I spent over $1000 for prepaid for shore excursions, dining package and Photo package and onboard expenses and got no points for it. I have emailed them several times with receipts, and they said i got the appropriate points but on their website its 1500 for Yacht Club Experience and 100 for every $150 prepaid or onboard expenses. Been on 7 cruises and never got appropriate points. Its pretty but very disloyal to their loyal customers

I noticed you were able to deposit $1.00. I'm planning on only using cash to activate the card from the beginning. Is there a minimum cash amount per person or per room?

Hello Fatima, I am a retired (2010) DOD civilian employee and had not thought about the MSC government/military discounts until I watched your posting. I am sailing in about three weeks and I had a 5% silver discount, but I thought why not take a shot at it. On Sep 06 at 3:45 PM I emailed my info to MSC at the address you provided. On Sep 7th 5:35 PM I received a booking update with $100 refund and $50 OBC. Thank you so much!

This happened to us exactly. I’m tripping out why no talks about this, or maybe they do and the comments are deleted by the page or channel creators. I wished I seen this video before I went to Turkey.

Just came back from Turkey. They called it a demonstration as part of the tour, in pottery, leather, and even a short runway model show. They say you don’t have to buy anything but with a passive aggressive and persistent manner, it can be very intimidating. Tour guides, agencies are in on it, even boutique hotels in Selçuk, their owners try to get you into their carpet stores under “Demonstration”. Beautiful Country, but ridiculous scamming, or sale pitches are to much to bare, not everyone has money and some have to save money to travel.

Off the subject, but you have a very relaxing voice and speech tone (I say that genuinely and with respect). I bet you would make great relaxation or ASMR videos if you tried it. Thanks and good luck!

I have never cruised with MSC before and I need the details so that I can have the best experience planning beforehand. The online reviewers said that it would be better to go to the buffet then to go to the dining room but I'm watching your videos to see. I learned that you just can't order breakfast without there being an upcharge so most likely we would end up going to the buffet anyways. I understand that everyone's experience and all ships are not equal but I do want to ask is there something that you learned specifically with MSC that is important to know on getting the correct services, food, beverage, without a drink's package on MSC. Fatima, I am having the exact same problem on the MSC For Me App. I have 2 existing cruises booked on the same ship. One of the bookings (April 2024) is working correctly. The other booking is exactly as you describe...keeps looping back to log in screen and then tells me my booking number is invalid. What did you finally do to solve this problem?
