Can discriminatory financial, social and political law can be framed in the country on the basis of congenital matter? The thing in which no labour of man/woman is invested can pride or exaggeration be made on that thing? And such law should/must not be made which create discrimination based on such thing as has been received congenitally. Then the financial benefit which we received from our families congenitally and if it is discriminatory then it can not be said as reasonable . Some get more financial benefit again some get less financial benefit and again some get nothing. In this case if the money of the family is more then whatever is the standard of merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependants they will get more financial benefit and if the money of the family is less then they will get less financial benefit irrespective of the quality of the merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependants . And it may happen that if the parents or guardian think then they will not give any money to the children or dependant, they can do so. All these things are products of written or un written law. We are seeing here that there are contradictory laws in the modern democratic countries. Such state laws impede the balanced development of the citizens and the laws which impede the balanced development that law loses legitimacy. The condition is such that as if, there were efficacy or coexistence of two states making contradictory laws on the same matter in the single state or country . Which family you will born in, whether you will born in the house of president, or in the house of teacher or in the house of weaver or in the family of sweeper or in the house of rich or poor you do not determine it before birth and your labour or merit or qualification do not work in these cases of determination. Because you have no existence in this mundane world before your birth. Therefore there is no labour of the individual on family, country, religion, height, characteristics which he receives congenitally. So a person has no credit or discredit in the case of getting all these things. So it will be most unjust and unreasonable to make any law which create social, political and financial discrimination basing on these congenital things. Because there should be a background behind making a law. So once a financial law will be made for the citizens in the country on the basis of labour or merit or efficiency or qualification as yet again law will be made for financial law without any labour or merit or efficiency or qualification and that must not be logical and scientific .

If, environment is added with the level of I,Q or merit of the citizens in the state then, the level of merit of the citizens shall be influenced or changed. It will not be possible to provide guaranty of equal environment in all respects to all of the world. Suppose, it will not be possible to provide same birth place, same geographical location, same teacher, same friend to all men including all women of the world at a time . Because of impact of the environment it is not possible to judge accurately or examine the quality of the merit of the citizens in the state. And if I,Q or merit can not be judged accurately then it will not be scientific to make law of receiving financial benefit on the basis of that I,Q or merit and that financial law will not be accurate. Therefore, whereas the influence of environment upon us is inseparably involved in all of our lives hence influence of environment should be viewed from a positive standpoint . The great problem which will be created if law is to be made to give financial benefit for citizens in the state on the basis of only I,Q or merit is that if such law is to be made on the basis of only I,Q or merit then that will be meaningless, unreasonable and unscientific. I,Q or merit without qualification or efficiency will creates problems in the selection of various professions or works by the citizens. The matter can be understood through a little thought and suppose , between two citizens having equal I,Q or merit if one does not practice a particular subject for a particular time and another practices more about that particular subject and the result of activities of the two persons will not certainly be equal . But for that reason the difference or discrimination in merit or efficiency or qualification among the citizens must not allow the sovereign parliament to make law to give discriminatory meaning giving more or less financial benefit to people or citizens like PRESIDENT , PRIME MINISTER , ALL MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE INCLUDING THE LEGISLATIVE INCLUDING THE JUDICIARY , ALL PEOPLE OF ALL OTHER PROFESSIONS AND WORKS LIKE TEACHERS , FARMERS , CLEANERS , DRIVERS , CARPENTERS , WRITERS , SINGERS INCLUDING PEOPLE OF ALL OTHER WORKS AND PROFESSIONS REGARDING THE PARTICULAR SOVEREIGN COUNTRY .
