@@ammaglossy , We need to get trained and certified trades people if we want good finishing. Most artisans are not trained. They just learn on the job from a master. The masters too are poorly trained. It's a problem. There should be standard training for on the job learning artisans.

Hello Isaac, we used a brand called Neuce, an acrylic waterproofing coupled with a membrane, the white cloth you see in the video. The Neuce sold for 1400gh per bucket in March. I'm not sure how much it sells now since there's a price surge recently..

I built my house with an open kitchen and large island when I was designing it they were trying to force me to close it up , I said no! After it my kitchen was done everyone was commenting how beautiful it was and now they wished they had it in their house !
