Quite a touching moment, when Chris White rejoined his old band @thezombies to sing Butcher's Tale from Odessey and Oracle. Just how amazing is Steve Harris!!!He's been with Gary for years... just watch how he uses signals to adjust sound levels to achieve the best for Gary and then goes into 'theatre' performance mode for his guitar bits which are also great..... has anyone else noticed this?... like Steve also kept it going when GN had a sound prob at Wembley with ME... big thanks Steve,,,, very talented and probably not recognised x
I keep on and keep on returning to this song. I absolutely love it!! Can’t wait for any kind of studio version. His style and air for the theatrical has me transported some other place. What an amazing artist(s)

No Prisoners, the sound of The Charlatans and Inspiral Carpets is completely different. Huge influence on them.

Very good question. He selflessly took himself off stage when the guests came on. Worth noting that nobody replaced Rod Argent on keyboards! Colin should have stayed on stage IMO.

..... Mh. Hard to say. The keyboard line is obviously sequenced, the guitarist and bassist seems they are really playing, but the camera is not close enough. The vocals could be real, but in such a context that could be a total nonsense, since many singers today make use of playback to "take a rest" during performances. Anyway, since these things like sequencers and backing tracks exists the whole music live became a kind of bluff.
No I saw another performance and there’s another keyboardist back there.
@@princephilip-v5t Thats helpful. It was the business of Richard Harris wandering off stage too! Obviously its the event you are attending but in essence as @sidealientv has said miming is at an all time high and both Gary and I think Richard are in their sixties now. Hard work!
