The running belt offset is a fixable problem. Could you please confirm if the belt is shifting to the left or the right? Here's how you can correct it: If the belt is drifting to the left or right: 1. Use a hex wrench to adjust the bolt on the respective side. 2. Set the treadmill speed to 3 MPH and turn the hex wrench clockwise by 90°. 3. Allow the treadmill to run for 2 minutes after each adjustment, then check if the belt is centered. 4. If the belt is still not centered, repeat the process until it is. On the remote control there should be a volume mute button

The remote mute does not mute the very first voice that alerts you that the machine has been turned on. Do I keep it plugged in and on, using only the remote to operate it?
