Hello everyone! Here is a series of video segments that are taken from our weekly classes. Use these for your own enjoyment of cardio drumming in the comfort of your own home and/or your own time when unable to attend our weekly classes! All that you need to have to enjoy these workouts are the following: a ball, bucket, and sticks. If you'd like to make this more challenging, you may add ankle weights and/or weighted drumsticks! Have fun and crank up the music!!!
*We now offer classes 2 days a week in the evening (Monday & Wednesday) at our location in Holland!! This class is open to all ages of the community & is FREE!

So glad I found your channel on TH-cam. You should ask all the folks in your live classes to come give you a thumbs up and comment so that the TH-cam algorithm will make your vids pop up quicker when folks like me are searching for Cardio Drumming workouts. A lot of the videos that show up when I search are geared towards either more sedentary seniors or school kids. I love the high energy of your classes! Keep up the great work!!

Your choregraphies are cool, but does anyone is having fun in there? Nobody is smiling! I think it's important that instructors show some enthousiasm
Oh absolutely! It’s a riot for sure! Hope you enjoy doing it at home. This was a night where we were watching a young toddler running around and making sure he wasn’t going to get hit by someone. Often we multitask up front doing a number of things…run through a number of our videos and you’ll see “smiles” throughout!
