Polarity of induced emf is such that end P acquires higher potential and end Q acquires lower potential so that positive charges flow from P to Q/electrons flow from Q to P.

The difference b/w the Gauss's law of magnetism and that for Electrostatics is due to the fact that Isolated magnetic poles or monopoles don't exist.There are no sources or sinks of B vector.The simplest magnetic element is a dipole or a current loop.

Magnetic flux leaving a surface is positive and Magnetic flux entering a surface is negative.This is by convention that outward area vector is taken as positive.

In case of opposite of this ie when zero of Vernier scale is to the left of zero of main scale,zero error is -ve and zero correction is +ve. Important :-Here we will have to imagine the scale as there is no scale on the left of zero of main scale.

Right hand palm rule - If fingers of Right hand point in the direction of magnetic field,thumb points in the direction of current then the direction in which palm points ,is the direction of force on the conductor.

1.When gas is heated at Constant volume,heat is required to increase the temperature only. But when gas is heated at Constant pressure,volume is not kept Constant (weights are removed from the piston).Gas expands.Cooling occurs due to expansion of gas.So more heat is required for same rise in temperature. So Cp>Cv 2.When gas is heated at Constant volume,Change in volume ie dV=0 Therefore external work done dW or PdV=0 But when gas is heated at Constant pressure,dV is non zero Work dW=PdV Some heat is required for doing external work dW So Cp>Cv 3.Mathematically Cp-Cv=R R is +ve So Cp>Cv

Derivation and diagram are as per NCERT Text book with the difference that.....here current flowing is denoted by i and in the book it is denoted by I
1.Direction of magnetic field B is given by right hand rule-curl the fingers of your right hand in such a way that thumb points in the direction of current,then fingers curl in the direction of magnetic field shown in the diagram(anticlockwise here) 2.Explanation of graph-As one moves from centre of wire to its surface,current enclosed by emperian loop increases from 0 to maximum( i ).So magnetic field inside the wire varies both with current enclosed and distance.Combined effect of the two gives B directly proportional to r. Beyond the surface of wire current enclosed by emperian loop becomes Constant ie i So magnetic field outside the wire varies with distance only which gives B inversely proportional to r.

Clarifications 1.Magnetic field B at a point on the circular path is along the tangent drawn to the circular path at that point. 2.Law is proved for circular path but it is TRUE for any closed path irrespective of shape and size of closed path. 3.Gauss's law and Ampere's Circuital Law are more easy,convenient and appealing when there is symmetry(spherical symmetry or Cylindrical symmetry.)

Additions 1.Conductors a and b will attract one another with a force = 2×10 to the power -7N/m 2.We conclude that parallel currents attract. This is opposite to that in electrostatics where we say that like charges repel.
