Great tutorial
Hello😊
Thank you, this is great!! I need one for my 90-year old mother and in addition to being super easy, this is so cute!! You are a great teacher!!
I know this video is a couple years old, but i really enjoyed it! I make walker bags too, and donate them wherever I can; nursing homes, assisted living where they used them for bingo prizes, senior centers, etc. I also keep a few in my car in case I see someone with a walker! Its really become a passion, and I am having a great time. I recently designed a simple seat cover to match each bag, so they make a nice set. I insert a piece of half inch project foam for added comfort. It is very heartwarming to give someone something that they need and for no cost to them. I did a tutorial on my channel for the bag, but at that time I had not yet thought of making the seat covers. Anyway, I love your idea of making these bags for our dear veterans, and Im sure they loce them. God bless you!
Thank you for your kind words. Keep stitching.
Thank you Mike
Thanks❤
Is it 2 half yards of fabric or 2 one yard cuts of fabric? You say both? Love the video and wonderful job explaining everything!
2 half yards
I added a pen pocket and my made by tag. But I can't post a photo! SUPER EASY to make! I love this pattern, Sherry! Give snuggy bear a squeeze for me. He is adorable!
Nice video! I use the rubik's cube function in embroidery and find it extremely helpful; however, I didn't know about the knife function -- that's really neat. Thank you for your tips & tricks -- always helpful. Thank you!
How wide of velcro do you use
Looked to be approximately 1-1.5”
Can't wait to see your Flamingo quilt! What a wonderful treat it was tuning in everyday at 1 during Covid - you truly were a sanity saver for sure! Thank you!
like pink and green, coral is also good yes and 3
👏🏻🧵
Volume is too low to hear from even distance to my sewing table and machine. From beginning to end you never showed a finished product. Do you think it might be more stable for some things you might carry if you had ties attached to each side of the tote? Thanks for your design, I'm going to try it for my husband's walker.
Cute idea for embroidering collars and ribbons and so much more! Thank you!
Thanks for taking the time for this video. Is there still a need for these, or has the pattern progressed to add other alterations? I have an unused pattern, but I like yours much better!
As long as there are nursing homes there will be a need. Thank you
What pattern is on the wall?
Stitchers garden block of the month
Do you make one for a wheelchair?
You could, with a few measurements and modifications
Excellent instructions!
Too much talking
Then make your own videos. Clearly someone did not learn about proper manners. 🙄
@@spearageddon3279 Well said! Apparently some people don't understand that a tutorial video is instructional. Kinda hard to give instructions without talking! Good grief.
Neat idea with the two threads - going to have to try it out. Thank you Sherrie!
May I ask where you purchased your ruler gripe? This video has been very helpful. Thank you

I always learn something new when I watch you! That 1/8" mark is going to come in very handy indeed! Thanks Sherrie!
I need to sign up for this class
Pick and choose the classes you want. It is going to be fun.
Do you always use velcro or have you ever used ties on the sides?

it is beautiful Sharon xxx
how do u hang a quilt on the wall best
Ooh I have Stitcher’s Garden pattern, and 9 of the blocks are done. I went on mission stoppage when I got to the one that takes the circular attachment - need a tutorial on that. And the machine embroidered blocks. I got the files from my dealer to do those. I really need to get back to this UFO!
Hi.....I have a question and don't know where to ask it. I want to make the Walker Bag. I have the fabric and everything ready to go. I need to get it done before Christmas. I see you tell me I need 2 pieces of 1/2 yards of fabric. What size would the piece of fabric be? Would it be 18" x 44"? Please help.
Yes half yard is 18" and most fabrics are 42-44" wide so your prices will be approx 18x42.
Thank you so much for the speedy reply. I love your instructional videos. I learn alot and you have a way of explaining the steps so I can understand.@@aawhitesewinghub2754
Yes, my Stitchers Garden is unfished as I had to move during the classes. Then I lost the recordings!
This is a beautiful tote!! Recently I hurt my knee and had to use a walker. To make me a tote I found 2 material placemats in my stack. I laid them on top of each other but staggered them about 2 inches. I sewed the pocket lines from one end to the other. Sewed the middle where the bottom is. Then I Sewed the sides attaching a small rope to tie to the walker front. And you can sew one in the middle of the tote if you need it. And you're done!!! I hope this will interest some watchers... if you can understand my instructions!!! Lol!!!

love all the quilting 101 basics tips , especially since I received my degree from TH-cam 101
thank you for this. I am a newbie at quilting. what i am having problems with is...taking 6.5in squares cutting in half, adding a 2 in strip between the triangles and then squaring them again to 6.5 squares. some of my tips are not lining up or the blocks are short by a quarter to half inch yet im cutting all 6.5in. what am i doing wrong? I think its when i square them up where im going wrong and ive tried doing different things. Please help or send me a video in properly squaring these up pls.
That is fascinating about the color changing.

Happy Birthday ❤
