Hi Everyone! My name is Jane and I am the Creator or Vlogger, Mother of four and Aunt to 8 of these funny, rambunctious, lovable, and sometimes not so lovable kids! The NiuTown Family is mainly about my children, nieces and nephews because they are constantly together. We are of Polynesian decent and are richly immersed in our heritage . My Channel is about my journey as a mother, wife, daughter, and aunt just having fun with my family by doing challenges, toy reviews, special events, sports & hobbies. If you ever heard the saying, "It takes a village to raise a child"? Well my life is the classic example of that! My sisters and I with our families live within a 5 mile proximity maybe even closer. We all take turns juggling our schedules to meet the needs of our children and treat each as our own. This is my our story, and we definitely don't hold back from having fun or being crazy!

We drove out to San Diego the next day to attend our nephew Bruce Tukuafu’s graduation with a Masters Degree in Cyber Security Engineering from the University of San Diego School of Engineering. It’s so fulfilling to see him excel along with his growing family and his wonderful wife Tina and daughter Matila by his side to support him! We love this family! Congratulations @T3bytheSea

Our first stop for this weekend was Disneyland. Not all of our family made out it to Disney but we were able to enjoy it with Bruce, Tina, and Matila for at least a half a day! This was another trip for our family to go down in the books! 📕

I realized I mixed up my egg wash and flour process in the line up, but I went back and switched it and fried the rest of my chicken. But overall the Homemade Chicken Katsu turned out very good!
