I bought this machine, but they didn't send me the screws you use in your video at 7:22 and they didn't send me the calorie counter, where can I buy them.???

I cannot get the time display to work , I get the timer to work when off the bike try to get on it fast enough and the time countdown or up does not work

I'm returning it.

Don't buy. I'm returning mine back.

The video was so helpful as the instructions were partly missing (torn) when we received the ellipital. Missing the #35 item....the long bolt that attaches the legs to the machine, so not sure what to do as I can't seem to find out how to get a replacement. Almost 300.00 wasted at this point.

What do you do if the wheels wont stay on the rails?

@2:15 What do I do if this part isn't sticking out the end of the tube? Even after flipping it upside down and shaking to get it to come out, it's still about 15 cm down the tube. None of the tools are long enough to reach in and pull it, and it's too narrow for any of my grabbing tools.

One of my pedal screw is very tight and it won’t open. Any suggestions?

Some bolts cant match their positions, instruction manual came with so small pictures so you need a microscope to see it clear.Poor instruction manual, I had to bye more screws so I can put it all together.
