Too many shitty stock photos...
Yea right....the only thing missing from the video is the daily presence of law enforcement. I've been here only a few months and have already seen many many drug deals, assults, thefts, hostage situation, stolen vehicles damage to apartment property(that still sits damaged), bags of trash everywhere, people throwing garbage out of their cars, and a serious lack of parenting as the kids that live in this complex aren't good. My own vehicle was burglarized at a cost of $3000 to me......and no help at all from the management. Apparently, their video cameras don't even work. Deputy Rigsby informed me that the 2 worst apartment complex communities in victorville are RANCHO SENECA and CASA BELLA. I would seriously consider another place to live if you value safety for your famile
