Blown away by the flick bike key 🔑 where does one purchase such a thing ? Also not a bad video…. Ride safe
@@MrMkRich it comes standard with the benelli it’s definitely influenced by their italian heritage but i’m 100% gonna get a custom key for my next bike because i love this one so much and thank you for the lovely comment 💙
If you keeping it outside under a cover especially in winter it will rust slightly. Best ways to prevent this is by using an anti corrosion spray such as acf50 or mucoff hcb1. Regular cleaning and lubing of the chain will prevent rusting too and is standard maintenance you should be doing every 400 miles ish
You are sigma boy
If you properly rev match then you don't need to slip the clutch you can just rev and drop the clutch.
In Pinocchio voice "im a real bike" 😂😂

What bike are you riding? I have a gsxr 125 it does 82 mph restrictor kicks in at 86mph going down a really big hill! 😂

@@waddle12 nice! What's the max speed? Looks slow for a 125
@ this short is taken right from my top speed video it’s right at the start it went just about 70mph !!
My Yamaha MT-125 will max out at 72mph (76mph full tuck) so that 70mph is a decent speed!
@@Daysdayout i adore the mt125 i was gonna get one but i thought cheaper was the way to go and then get a really nice bigger bike !
@@waddle12 A sound plan!
What you're referring to as "lane splitting" isn't what you were doing - it's called "filtering", when traffic is queuing, and it's a wise and perfectly legal thing to do in this country provided that you do it at a sensible speed - by sensible, think no more than 10-15mph faster than the queuing traffic as a maximum. The reason we do it when it's safe is obviously to make progress but, and perhaps more importantly, also to reduce the risk of being hit from behind in a queue, something for which the consequences as a motorcyclist are usually far worse than those for a car driver. Just do it slowly and cautiously and, one little tip, when a car driver allows you back in, or moves aside for you, a wave of acknowledgement/thanks is a courtesy that goes a long way - not just for you but for all riders that driver encounters in the future. Just think when riding, of how anything you do is going to be perceived by others - remember most drivers are not riders and don't understand a lot of what a rider may do, which is why so many of them view motorcycles and their riders as "dangerous" and anything you can do to dispel such prejudices is a positive, such as riding well and considerately. There are also a lot of crazy people out there with anger issues and very short fuses and the slightest perceived "offence" can set them off and result in some form of road rage - as a rider, you'll never win a fight with a recklessly driven car or van who feels you have somehow "done them the dirty" so avoiding confrontation is always the best course of action, no matter how aggrieved you may feel yourself in any situation. Your filtering was OK in this clip, maybe a tad quick but nothing crazy - just remember that you have virtually no time to react and few places to go if a driver does something stupid or unexpected in front of you - and they sometimes will, count on it. The HC tells drivers not to switch lanes in slow moving queues but if the queue next to them starts to move more quickly than the lane they are in, they WILL often make a quick dive for any gap that opens up in that adjacent lane so watch for those developing gaps ahead - you don't want to be there when that happens for obvious reasons, and that's why controlling your speed is so important. "Lane splitting" as Americans refer to it is entirely different and it's invariably reckless and dangerous - in the UK, overtaking on the left, whilst not "illegal" is cautioned against in the HC and for good reason, and whilst not an offence in and of itself, if traffic police see you doing it on a dual carriageway or motorway, especially at speed, you will likely get hauled over and run the risk of being fined and earning penalty points for an offence such as driving without due care and attention. More importantly though, is the risk involved to yourself - drivers will not expect that on our roads and they certainly will not be looking for you before switching lanes and it's a good way to earn an ambulance ride to A&E or worse. If traffic is moving at open road speeds, even if slightly below the posted limit, just exercise some restraint and overtake, as you should, on the right when opportunities arise. Weaving in and out of faster moving lanes of traffic comes with huge risk and my advice would be never to do it, no matter the temptation. Also, whilst on the subject of safety and roadcraft, I'd advise you to watch your following distance - you're way too close to vehicles ahead of you much of the time. The two second rule is a good rule of thumb - if you are not familiar with it, look it up and build it into your riding - in the wet, double it to a minimum of four seconds. Hitting a car from behind is just as bad as a car hitting you - always give yourself an adequate "safety cushion" ahead and time to react. Doing so will also help in situations where following traffic is too close to you - as it often will be - by giving yourself more time to slow or stop, you give them a slightly better chance of not collecting you, as although they'll only maybe have a second or fractions of a second more time, it can make a world of difference.
@@Old_Geezer thank you for this comment and amazing advice i’m still learning the art of riding a motorcycle and this was very helpful thank you and have an amazing day !!
@@waddle12 You're very welcome - I'm glad it was received as it was intended - not criticism, just hopefully helpful commentary. A long and enjoyable life of riding is what most of us aim and hope for and everything we can learn helps stack the odds in our favour 😀
I know you will and am not saying it because I think not or anything but just be careful please mate, I say it for a personal reason. if you do not feel like doing something or are unsure, then just don´t do it and just keep yourself safe okay. Remember everyone else on the road can do the most unexpected or even stupid things and none of them are concerned about or looking out for you Anyway glad to see you are having a great time riding, made me smile a lot. lol this is standard in bangkok
I wouldnt dare to do that with the morons on the road nowadays
I remember the first time I did on a moped. I had these rubber things that stuck out to presumably protect the handles from a drop. Completely misjudged distance and bumped about 15 wing mirrors with the rubber things 🤦

Your bars don't look straight when riding in a straight line, I'd get that looked at, obviously nothing major otherwise you wouldnt ride it, but just get it checked make sure your forks aren't bent
i do need to get them fixed
It's called filtering pal. Lane splitting as American's call it is illegal for half of them because they lack even more mental and emotional control on the road than us here in the UK 😂
the "125cc struggling" is so relatable pahahaha, always good fun tho even on a smaller bike :D
@@TheDavid3922 it’s so fun i love my little 125 !
sick video
Nicely done mate. You could've continued all the way to the front at the roundabout. Honestly filtering should be your default. Its much safer than sitting in-between cars and lorries.
@@ahmedk7815 thank you ! i’m trying to build my confidence up more and i’ll definitely try go all the way next time
@ItsWaddle 👍👍 make sure to keep learning especially off the bike.
@@waddle12 good idea. Eventually you’ll get to the point where you feel safe and comfortable filtering and instead feel uncomfortable, edgy, and hyperaware siting at the rear of traffic because it’s unsafe. Which is the correct way to be.
Depends on the situation tbh. I find sitting a car back from the front gives more chance to assess the situation and roundabout, whilst keeping car drivers on your side
One point, the rear brake one bn125 is shit, very soft, very shit. The mirror, pull up the rubber cover and rotate the nut all the way up, put mirror to where you want it and tighten the nut against the base locking it.
Hey man, crashing will affect anyone’s confidence. It defo hit me hard as I always rode a tad “too much” and can defo say I got cocky with my wheelies and well I ended up looping early last year - it defo happens. The fact you didn’t let it bother you and jumped straight back on is the correct mindset and keep at it 👌🏼 You’ll get 5000 subscribers by end of this year easily if you put the effort in like you said, quality videos 👍🏼 Clutch lever is easy, I’m not a mechanic but I’ve took levers off, done my own bike bits and it genuinely looks harder than it actually is and is actually about a 10-15 min job and I’m happy to give some advice when you do it if you want Bar end mirrors are a shout aswell, makes the bike look awesome and I defo recommend Blackwidow if you just want a relatively “cheap” but nice sounding exhaust. Tail tidy definitely, gets rid of that massive stock thing 😂 Camera angle and quality is perfect Sorry for your loss man, hoping you’re all good 🙏
Good video bro,i love bn😍
Camera angle looks awesome 👌🏼
shits fire 🔥 i’m jealous af 😭😭
Don't be too hard on yourself, you're doing great :) The clutch lever change is very easy to do (lots of videos on youtube); be sure to get some grease in and around the pivot point and double check the clutch cable slack. Subscribed 👍
@@dh3s1 thank you i appreciate it !!
gonna be a great year 😁
Hello brother nah that new camera looks really cool !!!!
Great start and you've got great view count! I can see from the comments that you're about to nudge your camera up a tad which is great and then all you need is good audio. I know its tough and expensive but a little furry mic inside your helmet would improve quality ten fold. you can get little voice recorders that you can record audio on separately and sync it to the video in post and the fluffy or sponge cover for your mic inside your helmet will get rid of all wind noise. I've subbed to see your progress! best of luck to you and safe riding friend.
Oh! and remember to always start and finish your vlogs away from your house. thieves are nasty and resourceful and the last thing you need is to show them where you live/ work / store your bike.
@@rjdobson96 thank you 💙 your comment means a lot and thank you for your advice !! just i use my phone to edit right now so my options are very limited with editing too i’m saving for the dji mic 2 to sync it automatically to my camera as i’ve got the dji 4 ! thank you for your support i cant wait to see you in my future videos !
Has your handlebar mounting bracket also bent downward on the left side? The handlebars don't look to be sitting parallel to the dash. Or is it just the camera perspective skewing things? 🤔

Nice one!
My daughter has the Benelli TNT and she had to replace the brake pads after just 2,400 miles (worn to nothing by that point). They don't last long on Benelli's for some reason.
i had to replace them a few months back due to halfords staff spraying it with WD40..

I would like to take the benelli bn 125, but in the criticism they say that it is not advisable to take it because of the poor quality of the pieces and the cooling,How do you feel about the bike?
i actually really love my BN it’s really good on fuel and had NO quality issues from it as of yet and at almost 1000 miles, i have dropped it twice and had a minor accident on it but that’s just my own error, it’s a light bike too so easy to throw around

I would advise against simply "taking" one of those. It will be less hassle in the long run if you purchase one instead
