Hi Courtney. I hope you see this. So proud of you. Your classroom and demeanor are both beautiful. I'm wondering where/how you got the rainbow imagery that's visible in the one supply case (hopefully you'll know what I mean). It's the case where each drawer has a pic and together it forms a rainbow. Love it!
Wax warmer would not be permitted in our district and the shelf you have that on is not stable enough injury will more than likely happen if you continue to have to wax warmer. I like your set up otherwise.
I love touch math!!! I still use it. I taught it to my son also who wasn’t taught in school about it and it helped him so much!! Your classroom is adorable. What lucky students to have you ❤

It's already time for this?! Setting up was one of my favorite things to do. I've been retired for two years now but I love watching videos like this. Maybe I'll hire myself out to help new teachers get set up.

I'm no teacher but a Public Health educator but I love the set ups 😂❤ my mom tells me that I should go into teaching since I help her a lot with her coworkers. I got inspo two years ago when my son went virtual. I had my own bulletin board and stuff. I enjoyed it

Your classroom is beautiful! I wish my kinders had a bathroom in the classroom! What do you do with your alphabet posters? How do you use those during the school year? Thank you!
my abc posters are apart of the open court curriculum! once we learn the letter, we turn the card and there's a picture on the back!
Can you do a tutorial on you plan to introduce your morning bins?
i mentioned it in the video, but every friday instead of paper morning work, we will do morning bins! after my kids get unpacked, they'll find their name on the board and look at the number above their name! they'll then head to the morning bin cubby and grab the activity in that cubby! super simple and just a friday morning work alternative! we will only do it once a week!

I love your classroom and how you have your spaces set up but.. I do wish there was more focus on your calming corner. I noticed it was a small area with a pop it and the little container with a few items. Do you have other items to help with emotional regulation? Flip books with emotion photos for example - other sensory based items that focus on needs beyond touch. I also noticed the SEL section in your file cabinet is quit small - do you focus on SEL minimally?

why are you setting up your room already, summer vacation just started
some people like me like getting it over and done with so we are not stressing about setup when school is about to start. It also helps when planning for what worked, what didn't work and what needs to change easier for me
Depending where she lives she her school could have been out since may.
In the south, we get out at the end of May and go back around second week of August

I definitely have! I’ve been looking for a nice quality, easy to remove pink, contact paper! The red has got to go ha ha ha
