Your illustration about catching the bus, I have literally spoken to my friend about just 2 days ago. My attitude had been to 'accidentally' portion off time in the day in quite large slabs (maybe a hangover from busy work schedules, so as to be less overwhelmed). So, I wouldn't go for a bus because I was calculating far too much time needed to get there. I didn't want to exert myself and then be disappointed. But then something changed recently. This little voice started saying "Of COURSE you can". So I started hustling along and bingo! I'd get the bus. Then, this "Of course you can" message started to pop up for my physical exercise. The achievements I was able to have in this area made me feel like my life was changing. The voice was not a push, but an endorsement. It was like the voice had faith in my abilities, whereas I had counted myself out prematurely. Once you have that feeling of "I DID IT!" you have faith in yourself to put in some effort for what you want, instead of not bothering because you might be disappointed. It can pop up in all different areas of your life once you follow it.

Dear Berry, these are such strengthening messages right now. I realliy let myself get pulled under by emotion around the LA fires for three days. (We didn't know if my sister would lose her house.) I just couldn't separate myself from all of those big emotions. Or just a couple times in the morning I could, in prayer and meditation. When that happens I really lose my way and lose a lot of time. So I'm going to be calling on Archangel Gabriel and his diamond light whenever I start to go there now. (My sister was able to go back to her house in fact, so that situation is looking much better. But of course that's not the point.) I know there's stuff going on in politics that is scaring the cr*p out of people too. I'm not going there. Sending you so much love and appreciation! <3

Oh Berry, this reading has really tripped me out this morning. You gave the answer to the question I was asking as I went to bed last night, and expanded on it in a way that a lot fell into place about why we need to be going through the difficult energies that are happening now (astrological). It even made sense that you had to get interrupted by a package and run down and up the stairs. (I felt for you though!) it was all around how we mistrust our own heaven.
