SEO increases views, If you can increase the views, you will be able to advance your channel a lot. what is the benefit of making a video so hard? If views, likes, subscribers are not? So I say, first organize the channel nicely, SEO the videos and then release the videos, then you will get good results. This will benefit you a lot, you will be able to improve your channel with very little cost. Seo

I was the buyer representing myself against an expert realtor and her client needless to say she had an easy time negotiating the price in her favor which I ended up signing a contract that really wasn’t worth the property do you have any advice on negotiating or plan on making any videos on negotiation tips
@@tinyxbliccy280 Hi, thank you for the suggestion to make more videos... I really do need to do this and think it is a great idea to make one on best practices for a buyer and another for a seller. I understand you had a terrible experience. It sounds like you were not represented and the seller was represented. That would explain why the Realtor did everything they could for their client to get them the best price. When you buy a property in the future it would be best if your interests were also represented by a trusted real estate professional, especially since real estate agents cannot offer limited dual agency here anymore… meaning they cannot represent both the buyer and a seller for the same property. Did you know that it does not cost a buyer to use an expert realtor when purchasing a home? If you are not happy with your current home, let’s talk about what can be done about that.
