I'm just a 36 year old gamer/anime nerd who's a sucker for Pokemon, Harvest Moon, and Zelda games.
I hope to entertain you guys with said LPs of these types of games, as well as other unique, underrated, and some beloved titles--that I love myself.

Finally out of the desert! Can't wait for your progress in the next area!
I am super excited about it myself~! I love spooky levels. X3
Still great game link awakening ever alongside echoes of wisdom!
Yes, agreed~! I really hope we get the Oracles games in the same art style. X3
@cloudkitsune17 hope so too!
I love this game
It's such a good series over all, I wish it'd come back.
Shells, just a montage away!
I like how a large part of the talk during this video was very meta On a side note IMO this chapter is very nice but the following chapter is even better, my favorite in the whole game, I hope you continue Paper Mario at least until that chapter!
Oh, trust me, I plan to play the game all the way to the end. =3 It's just always the struggle of getting motivated to get through a sandy/deserty location. XD
@@cloudkitsune17 I totally understand, I also don't like desert locations very much in media in general. But believe me, the chapter after this one is different and very creative and definitely worth grinding through the desert!
@@koopanique That's good to know. X3 Look forward to it~!
Well today's stream was.. interesting.
Haha, that it was. XD Sorry it was such a chaotic mess.
I LOVE YO KAI WATCH
Those LM2 videos sure were an adventure
It was nice to re-experience the game again, and to actually play the multiplayer section for once. X3
I remember when I was a kid I used to watch your PS 2 save the Homeland gameplay while I'm playing on my PS 2 either haha
That's a classic feeling. I still do the same with other channels, for certain games myself. Especially RPGs during long grinding sessions. It's just a nice background noise to listen to while doing something less plot-heavy.
@@cloudkitsune17 it brings back a lot of memories, I'm glad I used to watch your playthrough about Harvest moon back then
You should of done a fire only run, ya know a type this gen is known for having in abundance.
That'd be awful. XD The only fire types I know in this game off the top of my head is the starter and Ponyta, and that wouldn't be fun if that's all I got. XD
I just want to say that I found your channel because of HM:STH and fell in love with your videos. Love your vtuber and play style. You are amazing.
Aw, thank you~! That's really sweet. I'm not always the best at every game I play, but I do really enjoy what I focus on playing for the most part on my channel. But still, thank you for your kind words.
@@cloudkitsune17 You don't have to be the best. I enjoy you trying your hardest and having fun. My wife loves you too.
@@MichiruSilvers Haha, thanks! X3 That's even better to hear. It's great you both can enjoy my videos together. =3
God I need to get back to this game lol
Haha, same~! X3 I hope to finish the next chapter on stream later tonight. They are sooo long.
Wow, so is this really the end of the game? Well, that was an adventure. Sometimes I'm surprised at how much they were able to cram in the 3DS screen, on the Switch version everything is crisp and clear, but on the 3DS it must have been a challenge to make all this action "legible" for the player, especially during fast and crammed scenes like the King Boo pursuit where there are obstacles and lightning and stuff. The ending was short but pretty wholesome. I just wish Mario had at least given Luigi's a hug instead of just kinda shaking his hand lol, in that regard the ending of the first game was a bit more emotional and subtle in how Luigi's relief at seeing his brother safe was portrayed. Although I understand you currently have no way to play the first game, but I hope you get the opportunity to try it someday! The mansion is very dense and very fun to explore and full of original ideas, and there is a greater "coherence" throughout the game compared to LM3. I remember back in the day, my main issue with LM2 was precisely that each level felt underwhelming compared to the single big manor of the first game. The big manor felt extremely immersive to me, being able to seamlessly go from the basement to the roof, exploring a full set of rooms, etc, it felt more coherent than LM2 at the time. However, now I realize that LM2 simply had a different philosophy, probably due to the portability of the 3DS, and it was a pretty good game in its own right. I'm glad Nintendo "refreshed" it properly, plus this game looks pretty good in HD.
I can always give Luigi's Mansion 1 a shot on 3DS, as I do own *that* version, but a part of me also wants to wait and see if Nintendo will port it in HD on the Switch (or Switch 2) down the road and play it *that* way instead. XD I've heard some say the 3DS version is prob the worst port, so... Might just wait. But one thing I will say, the fact that each LM game has its own twist for the series makes each one refreshing in their own right. The first is just one mansion, the second is a bunch, and the third is a very tall hotel. XD Makes me wonder if we get a 4th installment, what will we get next~?
Wow I'm glad they included a Big Boo boss which is a callback to Boolossus in the first game (which was my favorite boss in LM1! Love how all the boos gather up to form a larger boo, it's so satisfying somehow. This idea is also present in an optional boss in Paper Mario TTYD; now that I think about it, this idea of a big boo made of smaller boos must date back from earlier games)
Yes, the smaller Boos becoming one Big Boo is a not always used but not unusual boss to face that I do appreciate. X3 It wasn't as obvious, but Super Mario 64 had it in the first stage of the Haunted Mansion, but was limited in portraying it as clearly being what was happening as you took out Boos. Still, I was also told that it happened even before Nintendo 64, which is neat to know~!
Pleasant video as usual! The ghost pup is indeed adorable 🥰
He's such a good boy. X3 But so mischievous~!
That boss fight does look incredibly tedious. When only three tiles of ice remain and you can't hit them, and the ice tiles regenerate after a while... And the fact that the gun can overheat and give a gameover is cherry on top. Since, according to your comment, it was already like that in the 3DS version, I'm surprised Nintendo didn't take the opportunity to "fix" this boss fight in the Switch remaster
I know, right??? It was the main issue I had with this game back on the 3DS. And who knows, maybe I'm just really bad at aiming. XD The challenge could be the highlight to this boss, for all I know.
@@cloudkitsune17 While watching the gameplay I was thinking that maybe the trick would be to time the shots, like, if you fire and it lands a bit too early, on the next rotation you could fire at the same spot but a bit later... Basically always firing at the same spot but adjusting the timing until it lands. But of course it's easy to come up with that sort of stuff when you're not the one actually playing and dealing with all the factors at play. Anyway landing the shots looked really tricky and not even particularly "challenging" honestly, just... frustrating 😅
@@koopanique Haha, I getcha. XD I'm also pretty bad at FPS, so I know that boss is pretty much my weakness. I did watch Kro fight the same boss and he made it look sooooo much easier.
Pleasant video as always. ☕ And for sure, I never went that far in the original game... Seeing snow in a Luigi's Mansion game seems so strange, I would have remembered it.
I love snowy locations, and I would 100% want to go to that cottage in real life if I could. But then again, I don't think I'd want to stay either if there is a creepy mine below it. XD
Seems luigi's staying frosty
I'd love to be in that environment, with the snow and the cozy cottage, but that's about it. XD
I really like the machinery in this level, a haunted clock tower is a cool idea. The fight on the clock was pretty tense! I was on the edge of my seat
There is something about being inside a clock tower with all the gears and old parts that does fit VERY well for a haunted-like level. My only dislike of this area, was the starting location outside the tower, with how loud it was. XD And I felt pretty tense as well, fighting that boss! While I didn't 100% enjoy the fight, I still feel like it was well designed for the challenge set in place.
Do you think luigi is mentally aware when he turns into cubes? Do you think that be a traumatic experience?
It is possible. Whether he is aware of it or not, though, I'm sure it FEELS weird, especially when taken apart and put back together.
Very cozy as usual! Great background sound while working, it's not so distracting as to prevent me from focusing when I need to while still being fun to listen to while doing things that require less concentration, and it works really well as a video to alt-tab back to when I want a quick break from work. Honestly I had forgotten that LM2 was this good, maybe that's because of the better resolution of the Switch version but I remember not liking the environments and atmosphere as much as the first game as a kid, but seeing it now, and setting comparisons aside, I think it's a really good looking game and a totally decent package on its own.
Yeah, sounds like nostalgia goggles made it harder for you to enjoy Luigi's Mansion 2 the first time around. It happens and is understandable. I never got to experience the OG game back in the day, as I got my GameCube late (when Wii was taking over the shelves), and maybe if I played it first, I might have had a softer spot for the more eerie start of it all. I personally love 2, 'cause of how cute and silly it can be, but not all the levels are beloved equally. XD Sadly one of my favorite looking is probably the shortest level of them all. A shame there, but~! It was nice to re-experiencing the game with a fresh coat of paint. I do hope we get a similar treatment for the very first installment, as well, instead of it being stuck on GameCube and 3DS.
I really like the generally generally calm & quiet atmosphere of this game, it makes for cozy gameplay
It really does. X3 Experiencing it for the first time on 3DS was such a joy, and getting to play it again, even with some of it's flaws, is still just as fun.
I had forgotten the part where Luigi looks inside the miniature mansion and sees himself... It was pretty clever but I wish the would have made something creepier with it! Anyway, that makes me want to revisit this game -- never played it much back in the days, but the environments look cozy and the level design and puzzles look decently fun.
It's a very nice spooky game without being TOO spooky. XD I love the atmosphere and setting, even if it isn't beloved by most fans of the series. I hope you can have fun with the game on your own time as well~! X3
I listened to this in the background while doing other stuff. While I haven't played LM2 much even in the 3DS days, it's always relaxing to listen to someone playing a Nintendo game. Originally I was looking for a let's play of the first Luigi's Mansion, however unfortunately I wasn't able to find any recent one that I hadn't listened to already, but TH-cam still showed this video as a result, which is how I found it. Your voice has just the right amount of lows/highs which is nice, and you avoid annoying overscreaming which is a huge pet peave of mine in such videos; as a result it feels really genuine and even more relaxing/cozy to listen to. The video is also the right length, and by that I mean it's pretty long; I always try to find longer videos (at least 30 minutes) in order to avoid quiet moments while I do chores or whatever. Quiet moments are unfortunately anxiety-inducing because they allow my brain to think about everything that's not fixed or under control in my life, I guess that's why a lot of people like to have some background noise, to fill the silence. Personally I favor people talking rather than music, it's more stimulating and it keeps my mind off those dreadful thoughts. Let's plays with a good balance of talk/game sounds are also a good choice, so here I am. Thank you for reading this needlessly long comment
I'm glad you enjoyed the vibe I go for with my videos. =3 I also understand not being that keen with the over hyped, loud and yelling kinda content out there. I can respect people like Markiplier, but I have a hard time watching his stuff BECAUSE of the same over-active energy he puts out. And it's good to hear you like the length of the video(s), too, 'cause I tend to worry if it's too short or too long when posting them up. Hitting that 3 hour mark with stream content always makes me nervous to post in full on TH-cam, 'cause I understand not everyone may want to sit through a video that long, but then there are others who like it roughly that length, too. It's hard to decide to leave it be or split it in half. XD Luckily LP content is a lot easier to manage more often, as I do like splitting them up by 30 minutes to 1 hour in length if possible, though some run a bit longer by 15 to 20 minutes. It is what it is, ya know? XD But~!!! Hearing that you like the length I try to go for is a huge relief. I hope you can continue to enjoy the others as well, as I get wanting constant background noise going on to chill out to or work out/do chores with.

Considering the game (as of me making this comment) is on sale for **9 ENGLISH POUNDS** up until the 22nd of October, I am trying to claw my friends into buying it like a god damn TIGREX. If I started my mh journey on Generations, my friends will be able to get into the series through Generations w/ my guidance THIS IS MY FAVOURITE GAME, I CAN’T LIE. World is fun BUT it lacks the sheer creativity and roster variety that this games holds. Yes, it’s a celebration game….but at the same time, the end game being non existent due to how many things you can do is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who wants to pick up a game on the anniversary, this is the one. The only crime is being stuck to switch but it’s the last hurrah of old hunting, and should be experienced by everyone. No more ranting, GO HUNTERS, FIND THAT DRAGONA- I MEAN FIND THAT OLD HUNTING SPIRIT IN YOUR SOUL AND BE FREE
I am glad I kept trying to get into this series, after my flop experience with Monster Hunter Tri on Wii. I didn't get too deep into MH3U on 3DS, but 4 Ultimate was my most favorite experience for the very first time, especially with friends. I didn't give Generations too much attention on 3DS, as it just didn't hit me the same way 4 Ultimate did, but Rise is another I fell in love with very quickly after the flopped experience I had with World (laying in the dark for an hour to deal with a migraine after only playing a half hour session..? Yeah, was never touching World again XD). I am glad to give Generations Ultimate a true shot, though~! It's definitely been a fun experience with Kro assisting me along the way. =3 P.S., I hope you can get your friends to give it a try, too. X3

Best game of all time 😁
Real, I just started playing like a week ago and it’s so much fun
Is it only me who thinks That harvest moon save the homeland is the best ever version of HM ;0? Because in 2001 Have this graphic, storyline, gameplay, soundtrack It's amazing And even right now no one HM version even wind of anthos Can't compare with HM save the homeland! I love this game so much!
Personally, I love Save the Homeland a lot, but I think Animal Parade is also a great entry for a more traditional HM game with a plot to follow. The graphics and art design are also lovely, and the music is so pretty. Might not have the same energetic character as Save the Homeland, but it's still good in its own right. =3 I would also not count Wind of Anthos as a continuation to the past HM games after Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning, as that was the last official HM entry by the true creators of this franchise, as anything else released after that was by Natsume's lackluster game development crew. Story of Seasons is the true continuation of HM, though I do understand not everyone loves the new games as they tend to be too close to the traditional game-play of "grow farm big" mechanics. XD That being said, I also have a huge soft spot for Harvest Moon DS/Cute, Magical Melody, and Friends of Mineral Town. Story of Season's has done a wonderful remake with FoMT, though I'm not 100% sure how I feel with the possibility of them doing the same to Animal Parade... Magical Melody really could use that remake, especially if they add more events or character development with such a larger cast to interact with/marry. Also, I hope they don't go the way of the Wii port for that one, as it removes the option to play as a girl (GameCube ver is better).
Fuzzies took Kooper's shell.
They're so rude~!
Cool game! Gonna watch this playthrough 😊

I was playing on my official Nintendo 64. I had to get an HDMI to connect it to my Elgato, though, which is why the colors are a bit off at the very-very start. Hopefully I was able to bring back the original brightness without being TOO much. XD
Sometimes i forget how much this franchise loves gambling
It's true. XD Not a huge fan of the gatcha-sections, BUT, the fact that you can get the QR codes free online... makes it less painful.
Pikachu doesn't care about your politics, he just wants to grill
He just wants foods and to sleep wherever he is. XD
The pets in this game are just digimon. They go from cute ball to people, all thats missing is some guns
I guess they're closer to the OG digimon, Tamagotchi. XD 'cause they didn't have weapons, either.
