wow classic is fun but too time consuming for me these days. i went back to diablo 2 and starcraft 1 again

I dont comment as often so i dont know if grubby actually reads this but i am playing classic warlock since 2016 and the way i handle my pets is: Have them set to follow and passive all the time (except when you want it to stay but that is very rare) Pet action bar button 1 is F1 Pet action bar button 10 is F2 Pet action bar button 4 is F3 Pet action bar button 5 is F4 I just press F1 on start of a fight to start attacking and when i want the pet to stop attacking then i press F2. On F3 and F4 i have the important pet spells like sacrifice, consume shadows, seduce, spell lock and devour magic. He might try this. For me personally its pretty optimal

Ogres in the newer version of WII look worse imo, also, the helmets on grunts got changed, horn angles. Instead of microing units via mouse, KB you could micro the piano just fine imo. With proper trainer and in case it gave you sort of fulfillment, later on especially. Though, piano 'strikes' require a lot of force on fingers, something I wasnt expecting, when I handled a small one 5 years ago. Way more than typewriters.

There's no roads to build in command and conquer. I think WC1 came out before c&c.

HD graphics have too much glow and bloom, they should add options to turn it off. Classic is much more easy on the eye.

Worst case scenario came true. They doubled down on Reforged. We needed them to take a step back and start over. Not add HD graphics to Reforged. Man what a let down. :(

Did the trees always become transparent when the units were nearby?

I am so glad the grubby streams is back! I prefer the raw content over the cherry picked videos on the yt channel, but hate twitch UI. Would be glad if this continues <3

They had talked about new campaing missions when the fjrts relised reforged and there was no such thing in the game...did they put it in?

This is a pretty good sight indeed. But of course we still have the problem of the game not actually "Reforged" yet.

I got 600 lost stats without playing and 0 Historie Game list.

The things you are complaining about are things that WAS in Warcraft II, but that they have just been lazy and removed. (Like hotkeys for menues and so on) The game is a worse version of warcraft II than warcraft III reforged was of warcraft III

One of the funnest maps was ChopChop, where you had to make a base in the middle of the woods by chopping space open. It was similar to the map Grubby played at the end. Everything was walled off, but by wood. Another classic was BGH for super important Clan showdowns, with massive stakes! (lol) It seemed so important at the time. GoW was another very important map in the scene. This game was my first intro to online leaderboards via the Ladder system. What crazy memories. I remember I was maybe 15 and killed my grandparents computer by playing this game for 10 hours straight every day while over at their house in California. I also remember having a friend buy WC3 for me, after telling them how new my computer was, then my PC couldn't even launch the game because of how different 1 year of hardware was. Once I finally got WC3 running, it looked so alien to me because I was extremely used to the 2D graphics. Each copy of WC3 had one of the 4 races on the box, and I thought you could only play the one race on the packaging (before I tried the game.) Wow what memories..

WC2 looks pretty cool. I must have put 2000+ hours into that game after I got tired of Diablo 1. I remember playing ti until the sun came up, and my dad woke up, maybe a hundred times throughout the summer of middle and high school. What a wild time. Without heroes, it was easier to make an insane comeback from having just one peasant and farm hidden. The custom games were pretty fun too, although primitive.
