They were working in an already tight situation where they had no control over where the problem was located. Their job was to find it and fix the issue and put the floor back the way it was. Needless to say the job was finished and approved. Job well done. But ill pass on the tip.

Its already repaired and approved by osha

He was repairing a water line, the shut off valve was to keep water from continuing to pour out while he worked to repair the problem lol

There was pressure still in the lines. He did what he could given the place and space he was working in.

Plumber here even if you cut the water off at the curb stop or main valve beside your pressure regulator valve there is still pressure behind the lines you need to open a hose bibb and faucets before cutting ANY water lines.......this would eliminate all that crap that he is doing.......if he is a real plumber he should of known better
