That's a great set of power glad you're able to catch it. Looks like they're using the old OFOX BIG M metal and new AIMX A&M Metals high side cars to load @ Alter Green Bay and the hoppers with ties are coming back off the old GTW main from east of Battle Creek. Hoping you and your family have a good Thanksgiving
@@paulbergen9114 you 2!
What line is this?

Hi
The SOO LINE SD60 and the train are in the shadows. You need a light or a light reflector behind your left shoulder.
Can you rants on brawl stars?
Cool
Idiot drivers? I disagree. The crossing protection had not blocked the ROW so they were within their right to use the road. If anything the circuitry for the crossing should be moved back a bit more.
Make a Rant About Inappropriate ads. Inappropriate ads are Getting Worse Every Single year. Earlier I Had an Inappropriate Ads on a TH-cam Shorts. Like It just made me super pissed off that I had to report it.
That is the most bizarre car a lot of effort put into it to make it like a bulkhead gondola. Also a 13 car cut of junk ties near the end. Thanks for going out in the lousy weather it was off to a rough start here in Milwaukee for the morning Rush Hour
GT Engines are rare in America. Rarely does Grand Trunk ever run outside of Canada since Canadian National runs a lot up in Minnesota, and a part of West Tennessee because CN bought Illinois Central in like the 80s or somethin' and owns that entire line.
Finally some scrap gondolas for Alter Metals. I see another WC small card hopper in Brown. On a video shot in Middle Michigan a few days ago there was a cut of 31 of them headed east on the old GTW so perhaps CN has started a rebuild program since they are at about midlife
No they not
Had to laugh at The Odd Couple cars. The BIMX Hopper with the bottom discharge chutes cut off coupled to the MOCX covered Hopper that was half gray and half rust
That MOCX hopper was a TILX hopper
It's going to be interesting to see if they put more of these coil cars and even now the flood of Roofing granule cars in storage
That was pretty neat how the one train appeared just as the locomotives were going by the flat cars affording a decent line of vision. Also the two units as DPU s isn't very common. Even noticed one of the lessor coil cars Heather remnants of the WC Shield man I had totally forgotten about those. Very good coverage on these items
That was quite the local. Is there a large Bakery that gets all those pneumatic covered hoppers? I know the mill at Kaukauna get some loads of starch but one car usually lasts several days. Then the extreme mixture of log cars and the first ones probably are from Bessie Forest Products. The small AOKX cars came to a sudden halt with the stacks being tipped. Then Mosinee Paper log cars and The Perennial TPPX chip cars. Very nice catch!
@@paulbergen9114 a nestle factory gets those pneumatic hoppers
Why were u hiding behind a tree lol
I wasn't I was pointing the camera that way to show people which way I was going
I'll Make Money 4 New! (1994 New Movie Train!)
Farewell John Ritter!
Even with murky weather this was a good one to catch as there are some bigger changes in the consist. The big influx of coil cars showed up in a tape of the GTW and CN cars going West on the CN line to Pembine and being placed into storage There is the possibility that the gondola Supply has been inconsistent and there is a cut of 20. CN\IC\shortline cars so we'll see if they start leaving them at Pembine again. There still are 10 DJ Joseph gons in the consist what will they go north or load at Green Bay?? The boxcar marked The Aub could be the name of a boutique hotel in New York LOL. However the other box car marked FUERTE is extremely neat and the color and font style is very reminiscent of some Freight cars that look somewhat like that in Brazil. Looks like about 7 cars of scrap ties and 6 longer mostly NOKL gons which are thoroughly clean and supposedly are for that ore loading in Channing but does not appear to have happened yet. 8 ore concentrates back to Mineral Range and the 12 various bulkhead Flats what should be going back for steel loading at Sault Ste Marie. Phew! That is a lot of activity😢
Definitely a good mix of motive power and the big 15 car cut of old ties
A very good catch and with the exception of the two Center beams those are some pretty rough looking cars. The former Milwaukee Road gondola was the special treat as quite a few got a full repaint and spent a fair number of years as NOKL Northwest Oklahoma Railway. I remember seeing the production line of repainting Outdoors at the WC Fond du Lac shops
@4:25 the blue covered Hopper and the smaller gray one next to it will make the journey to Celotex in L'Anse and suddenly the empty steel cars are coming back angels
Decent power a bit more chemicals than usual and the rear have that look of a New England paper train with those uniform size High height cars incuding FBOX rather than TBOX. We'll see if those cars of ties can make it to catch the train out of Ishpeming on Tuesday
Paul Bunyan would be proud to see that train with that much wood and chips. Saw a tape from last Sunday of the Mosinee cars MOSX on the CN rolling through Ladysmith WI. I'm glad you're out there to get these videos as the number of mills in Wisconsin decreases and also their transport by rail
That green. FURX ex CNW was recently remarked and these old FMC cars don't show up that often but there is a good-sized fleet running on the Wheeling &Lake Erie it seems like the Mineral Range is shipping their concentrate cars in smaller groups. Eight cars of junk ties bring up the rear and just a bit ahead of them are two old covered hoppers that will be going to Celotex in L'Anse as they show up about every 3 or 4 months. Even the two SD 60s stand a chance of being the power for those cars
Jaber
The characters remind me of Whats up balloon to the rescue :/
They must have one small but quick project with the two Center beams of ties which usually don't get shipped that way due to the mess they leave on the decking
Another reason is that this movie is racist to the Chinese man :/
"Anyways fuk dis movie" 😂
Those new AITX covered hoppers have also been seen quite a bit on the CN on the main line across Iowa. Nice DPU and BCOL boxcar
The sound of 2077 barking it out from a dead stop was worth the price of admission. Even though it was a cloudy day those are still great results. There was an ICG bulkhead flat in there with the Orange bulkheads but now sporting a black deck so it may have gotten new flooring and there were five scrap tie cars bringing up the rear
Great little train perfect for the layouts. Thanks for being Trackside to get this one
Not the average train. Single digit numbers on boxcars. 18 empty tie gondolas coming back. The 5 empty esp the 4 IC coil cars with no tops. Plus that Lively blue Secure scrap metal car. Good catch!
Is that CN L523-31?
+ Ellen Degress + Lamb Chop!

Farewell Barney! and Friends! Ernie, And Bert & Ray Charles. Susan Sarandon!
Clifford's Lil Sis! in Favor!
The flood gates opened today for the return of coil cars and flat cars
Vivid yellow tree certainly helped bring out the Autumn feel.. Even the recently repainted red bumping posts across the way add their part
A very good consist of units and quite the selection of Chip cars and log cars from Kaukauna
Definitely a good train for an autumn day..The 10 cars in a row of scrap ties. A fairly good representation of Shrek @ 1:38 Then the 9. DJ Joseph gondolas it will be interesting if they all go to Iron Mountain and only one was a newer style higher capacity car. Excellent grouping of the two former Rock Island covered hoppers I wonder where they'll wind up. Definitely some nice findings
I think that engine has spent as much time on WC trackage as it has on the former IC
Finally some of the newer BIMX scrap hoppers. They continue to be favored by the operations out of Rockford and South Beloit IL
Plenty of lumber and may have had some siding from L'£anise MI
A Beauty.
It was like they were trying to show off every Grand Trunk Western boxcar they purchased in the last 2 years and today it was like the floodgates cut loose with close to 40 Roofing granule cars returning. The solid blue covered Hopper and the two smaller gray car is next to it will be on their way up to L'lanse
And the WC gondolas. It's L'Anse, btw -- just one L.
