How do you take of the pulley,,, can not find enyting here ,, an how do you press it angain,, on te pump,,, like to see it happen ;)
I know its been a while, but you should use a pulley remover and installer. It screws into the shaft so you dont damage any of the seals.
When you reinstalled the pump did this take care of the leak ?
Thanks!!
WHEN YOU SAY FLUSH WHAT WILL BE FLUSH?
the shaft seal will be pressed into the pump housing. The one that is DIRECTLY behind the pulley with the metal shield. he had it pulled out already to make the video easier to film
what is the seal kit # & were did you purchase it . Thanks Herb.
you should show how to remove the bearing-
Good input. However I didn’t removed the bearings, I cleaned them and re-greased them.
@@afigueroa7530 in the video you say the parts are identical but the Dayco center bearing needs to be pushed out.
@@Baba3756-n2o sorry, I misunderstood. If you are talking about the center sleeve inside the bearing, you can easily remove that with a quick/light tap with a screwdriver. Hope this helps.
