You try and push those two buttons at the same time without it going into clean mode. I've watched it clean TEN GD times without going into setup. Use Another Button.

You have to work on the app. The wight is often false. And is it normal that the cat toilet clean twice every cleaning? I’m sorry for my English.

Don't waste your money on this. Mine never worked properly, and my cat, who had been perfectly content with her old original Litter Robot, refused to poop in this. Far too complex - who needs an internet connection for a LITTER BOX? Mine ended up in the trash after two months!

There is a LOUD squeaking (squeal) when cycling. It is inside the sphere and I suspect that it is the bottom bladder rubbing on something. Thoughts appreciated

Wish I knew how to factor reset it as the se was sold to me and can't link to my wyfy no pairing code or anything I have called cat link 3 times emailed and sent video as they requested but no joy my cats wat to use it but I cat buy bags if I can't get it to link up. Sad face

Hi Catlink, I'd like to know how I can order a fresh mat for Baymax & the ramp in Australia. It's only on the US site & the US site doesn't appear to ship to Australia? NZ is on the list. Confused.

Don't buy any catlink products. My automatic luxury pro is full of issues. Main problem is it uses 1/3 of the litter each time it cycles. You can't afford the waisted litter. It's full of faults and the customer service is horrible. I will spend days writing my dissatisfaction on every site and review and do my own videos showing all the problems that no one from catlink is willing to help.

Thank you for the video ! I took the litter box for my 2 cats which are brothers and used to have one for both of them. One uses it very well but the other one go inside, the bottom on the outside and do all his stuff just in front of the litter box 😖. I think the problem may be that he’s pretty tall and the last one was a little more deeper + with a door. Anyone would have an advice for me ? Thank you !
