Your ingredient are nice. 2. chop onion and tomatoes in a circle way. 3. while cooking, start with oil then onion. 4.As your onion is starting to turn brown, add your egg. 5. Leave your egg covered two min then turn it for the other side to burn. 6. mix your chopped tomatoes with small amount of royco then add to the egg the cover it for 2 min. 7.Add salt and star it to mix 1-2 min, then serve with ugali.
