looks so good
I do undestand why you put them in ice . to prevent continium on cooking. but cold brocoli are not best taste. only if somhowe you love that or have tradition so you learn to love them that way . but second way sure, but serving should be imidiate worm.
You are the best. 😘 Лучший просто.
👍
🧀
What kind of cutting board are you using?
How do you get the knife so sharp
By sharpening a knife, its sharpness will improve, like the knife in this video. I have posted a video on how to sharpen a knife in the past. I will also be posting a new video on how to sharpen a knife soon, so please look forward to it.
味噌は万能だな、うん。
so i followed everything but the problem with putting them in ice after is theyre cold no? with that said, flavor is great! crisp and the color is so unbelievably green. am i supposed to them cook these again with butter or seasoning? what do you put in cold broccoli?
Thank you for your comment! Placing them in cold water helps keep their vibrant color and crisp texture, but if you're eating them as is, you can let them come to room temperature or lightly warm them up. Sautéing them with butter or olive oil and seasoning with salt, pepper, or garlic is also a great option. If you’re eating them cold, try pairing them with mayonnaise, dressing, or sesame sauce. Feel free to experiment and enjoy!
@ thank you for the reply
i love these pots. what brand?
What a skilled cabbage cutter! Maravilhoso!!!
The time it takes to cook a broccoli is not typical for me. It depends on the type of broccoli, the thickness of the cuttings, the broccoli stalks and the hardness required (soft or hard). I always test with a fork for doneness.
Great 👍. Kindly make more videos on basic chopping skills.
I’m glad you liked it! I will try to create more videos about basic chopping skills, so please look forward to them. 😄

You're simply the best! Better than all the rest!
Beautifully made video and very nice skills thanks for teaching us 👍
Super bro. Thanks for sharing.
Thanx, this is just what I needed to know. ❤
I have tried this technique, it works perfectly. Thanks to the scheff for showing us .
i see the “very soft” as a win, i hate hard/crunchy broccoli
I was not expecting such high quality video from a channel ot this size. Subscribed
Cool vibe with the ninja, food, and visuals.
Nice 👌
It's an art 😊
I like the second one that it’s greener
Most excellent video I've seen shredding cabbage. Thanks for sharing this technique for all of us to learn from. Silent background and no face to look at. Awesome!
Thank you for sharing.
Pretty -pretty, but I would definitely cook the chicken a little more!! But it looks amazing!!
Wonderful recipe, thank You.. Just one question as I do not live in japan .. These ingredients need not to be washed ? Thank you
Thank you so much for watching and for your question! In Japan, mushrooms are usually sold pre-washed, so we can use them right away. However, depending on where you live, it might be better to wash them before use. Please check the packaging or ask at your local store if you're unsure. I hope this helps!
@@samukichiJFS wow that’s so nice thank You
one does not boil broccoli. It is steamed.
It worked 🙌🙂👍 finally i can cook something with good taste and nutrients
Best tutorial
Is this just water ?
Yes, I'm using regular water. Thank you for watching!
Thank you for the lesson.👍
I'm going to try this the next time I make sauerkraut.
Relaxing to watch. Ive always thought chopping is relaxing :)
I love how thin they are!❤
I’m taking whatever Saboten’s cabbage are made with…
Well, I'm trying to keep all 10 booger hooks so it's either peeler or taking all day with the ginsu.😂
What a nonsense. It's still hard to eat with only 1 minute of boiling. He pretends as if he knows what he is doing.
Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to watch my video and share your thoughts. Cooking times can vary based on personal preferences and the specific recipe, but I understand your concern about the boiling time. I apologize if the result didn’t meet your taste. I will consider making adjustments in future videos. Your input helps me improve, so thank you again!
Rude comment. Tsk tsk tsk! Can't you correct in a nice way?
❤️ 💖
Good. I will follow the recipe!
U added rubber band wrapped bonito into boiling hot water🥴🥴. That’s already carcinogenic
The rubber we use is made from the resin of rubber trees and is safe to use in cooking as it meets food sanitation tests by the manufacturer. However, as you pointed out, there may be some rubber from other manufacturers that is not the same. Thank you for letting us know. We will also add this information in the video subtitles.
Looks great, I will try this
美味しそうなのでとても食べたいです
