Steering completely stopped working as of today, almost a month out of the box. Communicates throttle not speed. Any tips?
Bought, surprisingly nippy, set to slowest speed its still quick.
I ordered one of these in brushed version. Can anyone give me lvc of the esc? Can I use lipo's or just stay with the li-ion that it comes with?
Lipo will last longer and give more punch. Maybe 1 mph top speed. Always lipo.

Blimey what a beast, I'll have to try my brushless one with a 3s. Amazing how much speed you get from that brushed motor! Were you running the stock suspension, or the oil filled upgrade?
Hi. You mentioned you have a brushless. Can you recommend any 3s that you used for your brushless? And the oil shocks for the tracer improve it soooo much, they are just out of stock right now on model sport.
My friend who is deeply into RC told me that a 3S lipo would burn it out?
@@AAK18. Hi there, I've ran mine a couple of times with a 2200mah 3s, but the motor gets very hot! I don't doubt it'll burn it out if ran for long periods, it's fast but not worth it. I've got the shocks on order can't wait to see the difference when jumping. But I'm looking at larger wheels to gain a small speed boast instead of running the 3s, will post a video if I find a suitable pair of wheel.
@@AAK18. Yes he's right, its not built to handle it, it'll run, but for no guaranteed amount of time.
@@rcboyo3308 thanks for getting back to me. I am most likely going to order the FTX TRACER BRUSHLESS and also buy a 2S 1800mAh lipo for it for the extra speed and I’ll get back to you. The oil shocks are definitely a great purchase as to my research, it makes the car more stable when landing from jumps.
How is the quality of the electronics? Does it have better quality than a wl toys or the electronics of a banggood car? your car is very nice

Did you modify the shell? I can't get my glowstarter in straight with the shell on 😂
There should be a cut out in the shell but you might need a longer glow starter because my shorter one won't go in with the shell on 😂

I know I need to get a better camera too coming this week 😂 and bashing batteries but used nearly everyday for about 4 months sometimes twice a day😂

@@rcm-rc5610 I have the gens ace bashing 11,000 mah 4s 100c and to be honest, the smc 9700 mah 4s 120c is a better and more powerful battery and cheaper by almost $100. I also have a set of HRB 9500mah 120c 4s which are also more powerful and almost $200 cheaper. Plus the 11,000 mah are freaking huge and I have a hard time fitting them in my dbxle 2.0. I wish I hadn't bought them.
@@Blueknight1960 11,000 mah is huge i prefer to use smaller batteries especially if I'm sending it because I've broken cars because of the weight of the batteries if you look at my first video on the rival mt10 when it breaks the battery had actually come through the chassis 😂

About 3/4months old but have been used a lot, batteries do get much hotter in the losi dbxl then anything else I have

Good question, I'm holding out to see the MT8. I wanted to buy the MT10 but seen the MT8. I've got to get one, they look sweet as nut and take a pounding.
MT10 is a tank for the price you can't go wrong and I've have MT8 on pre order so we can see 😉
