In CATIA, we can’t get list where it is used. Best way to resolve this issue is before creating publication, change the name of the element by adding the name of part in the brackets where you are going use that element.

You can link or copy and paste with link element’s from multiple parts to single part and you can find the references in menu->edit->links

Make sure that geometry is activated instead of specification tree (some times specification tree get activated by clicking on the specification tree to activate geometry click on the white axis located at bottom right corner of the screen then try again)

Can you make part driven by parameters & formula f(x)...the tube rib driving the flared end by using the parameters...I can apply the f(x) parameter driving the rib, but the flared end🔈doesn't follow rib, can you make it follow?

Like when I change the length of the tube and diameter, the flared updated with the tube...for instance

There are various ways to manipulate the position and the orientation of the 3D geometry in the part document. You can use compass. Drag and drop the compass on the one of the faces of the object then right click on the compass and Select edit. Select the solid then in the compass edit window put x, y, z values zero and all angles also zero then click on the apply. Then solid will move to origin and align with the absolute axis directions. Let me know if it works or not.
