Hey John tru to watch some holistic nutrition. When I had panic attacks, I was able to incorporate natutal tea, fruits snd vegies. As well walking every day. Today I am free of medication! Wish you a speedy recovery!

The way you're describing the place almost sounds like an old insane asylum where the care was abysmal, some people wanted to help but a lot of times patients were just abused (thankfully that happens much less now but it still does, especially in retirement homes), the food was garbage, almost like they didn't have space in prison so they built another one with a little more support facilities and called it a hospital
