T8 Commandos Review by Michael Wardian
มุมมอง 5594 ปีที่แล้ว
Michael Wardian is possibly the world's most prolific ultra racer, regularly running stupid distances back-to-back. He races anything and anywhere, including records for the fastest stroller-pushing marathon, the World Marathon Challenge and the Israel National Trail FKT, as well as US Ultra Runner of the Year in 2008 and 2009. This guy is a true legend of ultra running - and this is what he ha...

Improve your downhilling!
มุมมอง 7K5 ปีที่แล้ว
Check out XIANG Fuzhao, women's runner-up at the recent Hong Kong 100. It's mesmerising footage but also pretty instructive: 1. Relax - body slightly forward, loose arms for balance, looking slightly ahead. 2. Quick feet - much more stable though you can go double steps for extra speed. 3. Pick your lines - don't be afraid to go side-to-side to reduce technicality. And don't forget to practice ...

      @@user-bp3bs7kp9g thanks, I'll check them out. What's the difference with the new version? I'm mainly concerned about carrying 1 litre of liquid with minimal bounce.

      @@cow1hongkong haha, you'll probably have your answer with the video but it's mainly: reconfigured pockets (three Sherpa Flasks in front, side and side) for minimal bounce, added key holder, new pull tabs with detachable race bib holders, and updated styling with reflective rainbow on black and new blue Sherpas!

    which size do you wear? i have size small.i am 5'3"/160cm,29" waist,60kg. mine fits great on waist/hips but the bottom part tend to bunch up while running and i'm wondering if sizing up would solve it

    • @user-bp3bs7kp9g
      @user-bp3bs7kp9g 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm 175cm and 65kg and find the S/M size is about perfect. Possibly we could be a similar size so that sounds like it might be the solution.
