I just discovered Josh's paintings. His art is as beautiful as the camera work for this video is wretched. I nearly needed Dramamine from all the erratic movement. Really, man, all you had to do was try a little. Should've let the little girl shoot this - at least the camera movement and commentary would've been charming rather than annoying.

I originally found this web site watching a video by Tyler Murphy about my cousin Joyce Brock Lee. The strings led me to this Italy tour segment. It is such an inspiring account of their artistry in such beautiful places. Joyce did an artist tour of Italy and I got a note card she painted their. Discovering a transition from western artist to old master. Thank you

Josh's approach to his art is just like his love for his family: his painting is a serious undertaking, but approached with love of life, appreciation for his surroundings and what God has given him, and the understanding that the world is temporary, and that Life is eternal. Humble, caring, and dedicated: I am privileged to know this young man as friend.

Wow, wow, wow! It is so refreshing to see and listen to an artist who is just so genuine ... no pretensions. But obviously, his talent is just shining so bright you can't miss it. And so when he let his daughter have a paintbrush and even dabble a color of her choice onto his already awesome-looking work, i am not one bit surprised. He knows he can make it work ... no problem. Thank you for letting us have a glimpse into his world.

Yep, my brother Albin is the bomb. Best guy I know! I believe albin has tried hard his whole life to progress with his art skills. It really shows. Glad you guys had fun. Albin and his wife and kids make for a fun and inspirational family. I maybe his brother and people believe I should say that but anybody that knows them knows they are a wonderful family. lovely painting.. Pete are you really a newbie? If so it's because you have an awsome teacher..My first several paintings with a teacher were terrible, I think you already had the painters spirit within you and it only needed to be brought out. Hope you continue Pete you have the talent and you are a truly blessed guy with good friends..

Tyler this is such a great video! It was such an amazing experience to what Pete with his work . I think most "home painters" love to see the honesty of his experience I attended Daniel's workshop in Fresno two weeks ago from which I gained so much value! I wanted be a part this conversation so you all add this demonstration workshop to your youtube or whatever medium you use to archive a master. Thank you Pete for your vulnerability with this filming as I know it couldn't have been comfortable to film with all these super amazing artists over your shoulder. But I hope this is the first of many beginner instructional videos you and Montana Gallery produce. It is obvious you have learned a lot from the time you have been with these remarkable young masters.
