Less Vibrations, Excellent refinement and reliability - CB 300R Even though Duke 250 and CB300R makes almost the same bhp, CB is around 17 kgs lighter than Duke250. So initial acceleration is better. Sharp looks, more tech( TFT screen, Bluetooth connectivity, riding modes, supermoto ABS) and quick shifter - Duke 250 Duke has more tank range than CB. So both of these bikes have their own advantages. It comes down to your personal preference. Test ride both of these back to back if possible. You will get a better idea.

Depends on your preference. If you want pure performance then go for MT 15, because it has a very smooth and refined engine. Also it has 6 gears, liquid cooling and Vva technology. But it's not very practical and more expensive. But YAMAHA's service feedback is great. If you want more practicality, pillion comfort and decent performance, then go with RTR. It is less expensive as well. But TVS's service feedback is not that great. Both these bikes have their own pros and cons. So if possible ride them back to back, you will get a better idea.
