You are correct. Being wise and "educated" are 2 different things.
You could eat several vegetarian tapas. Try to think in options.
Does cliff richard live here?
I definitely had the same travel burnout for more than one year and had very mixed feelings after traveling again. It feels like starting from the very beginning in both bad and good ways. Curious to hear about your experience!
I follow you since you make videos on chile
How are you liliana?
I appreciate how you prayed before the meal! Glory, honor & gratitude to God! I also like that you tell a little bit of cultural and origination context to the types of foods, that made the video even more interesting
I'm a new subscriber. You are soooo pretty with such a cute personality, interesting & articulate! I think living in different cultures is going to help you become less uptight and lose the negative influence from working in HR
First it is very strange to see a black male with any Chilean woman. Maybe an older woman [separated from family]. Why [my opinion]? For the meeting of friends and going steady and eventually getting married in Chile is from the center of the family -- and no where else. Foreigners can not get jobs here either, except by work contract. I have been in Chile 25 years and never ever got close to accepting any job here. For the latter reason only retired Americans should attempt to retire in Chile. It is easy to enter Chile retired!
Just be normal and eat meat you are not a herbivore
SCAMMERS 😮I was scammed. Ride from Airport to hotel 11 miles over 3K in my card, by Camilo Sebastian Mar, on July 23, at 10:30am 😢. Get Uber if you can.
i've been privileged to live/work on three continents, plus my own NAmer. i've travelled +/-70 countries. as a young university graduate my company (IBM) sent me to its LAHQ (Rio) where i worked with colleagues in every LA country. i first thought that i would 'teach' these people. i soon learned they would teach me more than i could them. that is a lesson i took to heart no matter where i lived. unfortunately, it's a lesson Americans find hard to grasp. part of my life lessons were to work with Chilean colleagues experiencing enormous inflation and transitioning to a military (Pinochet) government. i will never forget their skilled dedication to our business, their warm welcoming grace to me and their extraordinary knowledge of a World physically remote from Chile. and this at a time without the social media/networks we have today. despite my faulty Spanish, i never had difficulty understanding them and much enjoyed a certain sing song in their speech. all of this to say how much i appreciate the Chilean people and their beautiful Country. maybe my sole difficulty was learning to eat sea urchin and a stew made with certain parts of the male bull !! but then there were and are Chilean wines !!
The rule not to flush the paper in the toilet is because for some weird reason Chileans have to use a very thick wad of t.p. for whichever (No. 1 or 2) so clogged pipes will result. Actually this social practice a good thing because flushing everything and anything is actually worse for recycling raw sewage. So good on you, chilenos!
Thank you!
For December. 2024. Some restrictions going to chile? Thank you
Meet is the best option😮
What a pretty lady. 🤗
I have this very good friend of mine who is from Chilean and she doesn't speak English so I want to learn how to translate English to Chinese.i have use hi translate but I couldn't find Chilean language please help me.i have already subscribe to your TH-cam channel
It’s just Spanish with a different dialect.
What about cats?
Legit rewatching this now that I’m here and I’m like lollll yes boldo is not great 🤣🤣🤣
Girl I gotta give it to you; I think it’s so brave of you to move to Chile by yourself and on top of that having to adjust and Learn new things. You are amazing for that! Not a lot of people would take risks such as you did! I am thinking of moving to chile in a few years (I am chilena and I would love to work on my Spanish, and I am also tired of the U.S). I currently work as a behavioral tech and am looking into abroad opportunities.. do you have any advice for me when it comes to moving to chile ? What sorts of jobs or careers are high in demand out there ?
Do you have to be fluent in Spanish? My husband is a chilean national and an English teacher. I wanted to start but im still learning Spanish
I just found your channel today. Literally your experiences are exactly what I’m going through.
God youre beautiful
congratulations for your channel, thankyou
Thank you
Another difference is that in Chile expats are called inmigrants
Same in Panamá, the Metro closes at 11:00 and opens again at 5:00 a.m.
what's cool about USA is the adrenaline you gotta live day to day, now knowing when are you going to get shot to death, I mean mass shootings are like a national sport over there, but crime is also going up here, so I'm expecting in a couple of years for this country to also be fucked up. I mean now with all that inmigration shit, there's dead bodies found every fucking day.
hello, is it hard to find a job there? im a programmer but I dont have much job experience.
Dinner does exist in Chile. The "once" or teatime is taken by those who have scarce resources to prepare more elaborate dinners (1.292.521 people who live in poverty by 2024), and some middle-class people adopted the once because it was more comfortable after arriving from an exhausting working day. Our Spanish in "urban culture" or poorer neighbourhoods uses slang and jargon, which makes it difficult to understand even for people with education in Chile. If they tell you not to throw paper in the toilet, it is because they don't have a good sewer installation, but the majority of houses and apartments in Chile have good sewer systems.
Travelling is overrated and stressful
Im watching this bc I don't like my countryand I want to change In simple words I want to be more american
I love flying its the closet thing to heaven and the closet feeling of flying like a bird amd the view is great😊❤
You're wonderful 🥺❤

I will coming to Barcelona in august! My sixth time in Barcelona no joke!!! I come each year :)
No todos hablamos asi
You should see this video before come to Chile... th-cam.com/video/GnfI6cGltwg/w-d-xo.html
Beautiful memories❤
Beautiful
Thank you for sharing your experiences around the world, love to see a womxn of color shining ✨
Tus videos son increíbles 💖 Quiero mudarme a Chile algún día y me estás guiando con la decisión ~ muy buena suerte con todo y tu próxima aventura xx
Where does this music come from? I really enjoyed all of those sounds together! Never been to New York and tbh I would like to go there, but live? Not so much...
