what about exemption certificate wherein product is covered under BIS. Do we need to email/submit physical hard copy for exemption or exemption certificate will also be applied through online portal of QCO. In my understanding, QCO portal, where we need to obtain clarification from the ministry of steel and not for exemption certificate. Please confirm my understanding.
