Sir, ek baar check kijiye ki aap ne stream type - main stream, ke liye (audio/ video) option select kiya hai kya. 2. TV ka speaker HDMI se connect krne pr kaam karta hai ya nahi. Problem solve ho jayegi. Tv me audio le liye DVR me main stream ka audio/video enable hona chaahiye. Thanks for you query..

Sir Thanks for a query 1. Us IP Camera ko Laptop browser me open kr ke audio enable kr ke check kijiye. 2. Yadi Laptop me audio nahi aap raha then IP camera me problem hai. 2. NvR me record option - record schedule- advance - record audio enable kr dijiye. Sir pls try these settings... Thank you...

Sir aap ne DVR ke Audio 1 se mic connect kiya hoga. By default audio input 1 of DVR Camera 1 ke liye hota hai 2nd camera me audio nahi ayega.

Pls send current firmware version details to company email id, and mention problem on mail. Company will share you latest firmware.

We can maintain to more days data of one are more particular camera. As- in 1 TB Hdd we can define 500 GB space to chanel 1 and rest remaining 500 Gb to other 3 camera. Like this. So channel 1 will maintain more data than other 3

Sir, is mic ko aap voice recording ke liye use kr sakte hai. Camera ke video ke sath voice bhi record ho jayegi. Camera ke paas me is mic ko laga dijiye. Dvr me aap ko video and audio dono ki recording ho jaayegi

There are two option for UNBIND 1. If DVR having Latest firmware of 2023 then can UNBIND via GUI mode - VGA/HDMI Monitor (Go to Configuration - Network - Advance - and UNBIND) Ya PC/ Laptop me SADP tools software se UNBIND kr sakte hai

2nd option - can use "hik partner pro" Mobile app to UNBIND. If not done then service center is last option
