not ground effect, more of a hover craft. still cool. if u can get it a bit bigger u can add ailerons to stop it from flipping over.

Very interesting micro project if it will normal fly, but on take off using maximized ground efect. Delta wing connected with vector of thrust allow for interesting maneuverability.

Two suggestions since you said you plan to improve it: 1.) The lift propeller is the wrong type. It should be a wide-bladed type propeller with many blades that is good at creating static pressure. Your hovercraft is so light though that even your type of propeller probably works okay - just less efficiently. RCLifeOn just got done solving this issue if you want to see the problem he ran into. 2.) The center bottom of your skirt should be connected to the bottom of your hovercraft so it doesn't cause your hovercraft to be so off balance. It should be more like in this video "1000 Subscriber Special! How to make a Hovercraft!" - go to about 6 minutes and 12 seconds into the video where you can get a pretty good view of how the skirt should look.
