3 times a week is sufficient enough for significant muscle gain. If you're a newbie you're just slowing your gains if you don't let your body rest enough. Your muscles might take it well enough, but your nervous system doesn't. I used to train too much too, and the endgame is you just being sick all the time. Now that I lift less, I make more gains and feel healthier. Working out is not a sprint, it's a marathon. I recommend not to push yourself too hard for a month and then go back to barely working out at all, because you fried yourself. Keep it consistent, and over the years you'll become a machine, a terminator💪🏼 This is just my personal experience, take it how you want.
Well, I have to add that since the week is only 7 days long, every other week does indeed have 4 days of working out.
E.G: First week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday Second week: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday So in simplicity, every other day.
It was all good until 8 hrs of sleep 🥱😴

great work brother, this might be helpful but a little slow and control on your way down, but explosive when it goes up would help with even more growth. Plus unstrap the plates would be safer for you in situations where you go too hard and fail(which would also triggers better growth).
